First of all I would like to begin by complimenting the food- be it the cake or the other snacks- they serve. Its tasty and leaves you craving for more every time you take a bite!!! However, the food is the only positive thing which I noticed amidst the cosy ambience in that place . The most pathetic and annoying aspect that I experienced - like many others- was the utter cold-and-rude behavior of the staff - except one or two- which was totally unprofessional. I don't understand as to what prevents them from displaying a warm and kind attitude towards their customers. They apparently don't even possess the basic courtesy to respond positively to a query made by a customer. I ordered two shawarma pita roll, one beg pita roll, a choco donut and choco filled vanilla pastry. The rolls were okay in taste. Have nothing much to complain about it. But to my surprise the donut and pastry were terrible. Loyans is a reputated bakery in guwahati. Yet the donut was hard as rock and the pastry which is always suppose to be soft and melting when you gulp was hard too. I immediately brought this into the notice of the staff there. He took it to the cashier there, but gave an excuse that the freeze was under repair and told that we should be thankful that's its not sour or ill tasted.
