Extremely Disappointed with A2B!

Visited A2B Restaurant with my Jain friend and asked for Jain-friendly options. The staff said they could serve plain dosa with white chutney, so we ordered that.

We reminded them 4 times—every 5 minutes—to serve only white chutney, but they still brought the dosa with red chutney and sambar all over it.

We requested a replacement, clearly stating that we needed a fresh dosa, not just a plate change, since chutney was all over the dosa. They agreed.

But here’s what they did— Instead of bringing a fresh dosa, they wiped the same dosa, flipped it, and served it again, lying to us that it was a new one. We could still see the red chutney stains underneath.

Such a shameful and unethical practice from such a big brand. If you can’t cater to Jain food, at least be honest about it!

I recently tried the 14 Idly and Poori Masala at this place, and I must say, both dishes were incredibly delicious. The idlis were soft and paired perfectly with the flavorful sambar, which had just the right amount of spices and no added sweetness. Although they didn't offer tea, their coffee was available and truly exceptional.

While the food was top-notch, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side compared to local markets, which I assume is due to the brand name. Despite this, I would still recommend it for vegans looking for quality options.

The premises are well-maintained and hygienic, with good restroom facilities. However, the location is a bit secluded from the main road, making it slightly challenging to locate. Parking is available, though not abundant. Overall, a great place for a satisfying vegan meal with...

The guys who take orders are not professional at all , They are entering the items whatever they want not the items we ordered . Ordered Butter Roti, Got Tandoori Roti , Reported as well . But Butter Roti is mentioned in the final bill and they refused to update the bill , Instead asked one junior to pay the amount from his pocket. The guy who took the order is not even apologetic with his mistake , full attitude shown like a movie . Very disgusting service from A2B...
