Subway Bellandur Gate — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Not at all a SUBWAY experience..

The person at the counter made us wait for at least 20 minutes to take the order, even though there were just two customers including me. This means, one veg and one non veg sub put together took us 40 minutes of wait time before the preparation began.

They wanted us to pay more than what was displayed in their price board - they charged the price of a meal for a stand alone sub and added extra for the cookie and drink.

Even after highlighting the price difference, they were not willing to accept it and finally we had no choice but to leave the place without...

This restaurant is too small and congested. It seemed that they recieve unprecedented footfall which they are incapable to handle. The food quality is perfectly fine, at par with other outlets but the infrastructure is not at all capable to handle customers. It's like an outlet made just for take away or delivery agents, which shouldn't be the case actually when it is located inside a mall. Having only 4 small tables with no space to even stand to place the order, the entire 'Subway' experience gets ruined. Overall, a nice food outlet but the aforementioned points need to be...

Subway franchise at total mall.. do you guys have any common sense? I was at this place today and found flies sitting on all the meat items in the tray ... I complained to the guy at the store and he was he just waved his hand at the flies and there they came again... no sorry .. nothing .. I complained again as I couldn’t see this health hazard.. he was least bothered .. I will definitely complain to the health inspector..hopefully they shut down this place or atleast take some action against these idiots !! Just don’t...
