Adyar Ananda Bhavan - A2B — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This A2B outlet is definitely an outlier when compared to other places when it comes to service quality. Not sure if this will improve as the staff at the service counter don't understand the cuisine and hence mix up the sides/curries of each dish. Also they mix up the order given to customers becoz the don't know difference between ghee/ghee podi/ masala/onion / rava/ rava masala/onion rava etc. There is supervisor who is earnestly trying to improve things but the staff quality is such that they simply cannot learn. They give generous amount of curries/chutney to customers who end up wasting most of it and hence by morning 10am most breakfast dishes don't have relevant curries/chutney left to be served. It is high time management brings experienced staff to this restaurant which is located in a locality that they can do...

Nice food. A typical of A2B. This is nearest A2B in green Glen Layout and i often come for South Indian food, coffee and sweets. All time favourite is mini tiffin for breakfast and South meals for lunch. Their coffee is always a my favourite coffee. You can try their Ghee masala dosa and neer dosa. The staff are good and the place is managed good.. there were issues like rain coming inside during rainy days and they have fixed it and it seems good now.. only downside is there is not ample space for either parking and no lift also and unlike other a2b this is at first floor and elders find difficult to climb these stairs as it is slippery also during rainy seasons... North and Chinese food is just average.. south Indian is...

Today morning I went to have breakfast in green Glen layout A2B,I generally visit once or twice in a week, specially I enjoy A2B filter coffee, but today was the first time I didn't finish the coffee and left as it is, after couple of sip, it was horrified,the managers are quite friendly, but they asked some service boy to prepare the coffee and he was not at all well trained who can prepare filter coffee for you...I asked the guy to prepare the way restaurant prepare generally, but he didn't understand and quite surprised why I am instructing him...I mean A2B coffee you pay in the higher side, but get nothing out of it, it's really disappointing...in an additional,the table...
