In the wee hours of a late friday night at about 2am, I ordered a thali from here. 10 minutes later my phone rang and the guy on the other hand asked me what all subzi choices i want for my thali from the ones available. Krishna Kumar ji in that moment added 3 more people to what im sure must be a long list of fans. He was very kind patient and cordial and it felt like i was talking to someone ive met quite often. They used to be doing amazing before, paying attention to each customer, reaching out for addressing their concerns, and taking feedbacks seriously. Nowadays they don't even care to answer your calls and their food quality has also degraded. They simply have gone into the "we are big now and small customers don't matter" phase. But they are forgetting that it is these small customers that made them big.

Read morePros: Food is really good. Taste will be same as you find in North India (as the name suggests) Portion is quite good for the price you find in Bengaluru. Everything is made in front of you after the order is given. So it’s always fresh.
Cons: You have to wait for a long time if there is crowd, because the process will start from basic (like cutting of veggies, making dough etc) If there is not much crowd, you might feel the wait time.
