Pizza Hut | Bellandur, Bangalore — Restaurant in Bengaluru

The service here is abysmal and the food quality was extremely poor. I had ordered a medium size pizza along with fries and garlic bread. I received the order 2 hours later after making the payment. I tried contacting this Pizza hut store but the number given in the Pizza hut app and on the website did NOT work. When I contacted the Pizza hut customer service they were extremely unhelpful and asked me to contact the store. How am I supposed to contact the store when I cannot reach them by phone? After the order arrived, I was finally able to talk to the manager with the help of the delivery person. I asked him to cancel the order and take the pizza back. He said that he'll cancel the order but requested me to take the delivery. I took the order but when I saw that the food was cold, I again asked Pizza Hut to cancel the order and raise a complaint against the store. Nothing has happened till now after almost a day has passed. Buyer beware. This store's business practices are unethical.

Overall outlet is small but Manager Saroj is very helpful and customer oriented. Disappointment was the delivery guy with no mask , in spite of asking few times he did not care .
