TIME WASTE. We waited for almost 20-25mins just to make the order. Finally we had to exit without ordering anything. The employees never cared to make an eye contact at us to take the order. They said 5mins and then took 20-25mins. If it is going to get delayed, they should inform us prior so that we can move out. We just wasted time by waiting there.

What I couldn’t understand is the restaurant has taken enough care for the premium ambience, seating etc but not on employees. They are not trained to communicate well. Very disappointed. Surprisingly, We had to wait 20-25 just to make an order in your restaurant which is just 30% occupied ! Imagine what might happen if it’s 50% occupied. Instead of spending money on infrastructure spend money on training employees and equip them in attending the customers swiftly! Very much...

I was disappointed with the service and also the food. First I ordered a Maggi, and they billed it, after 5-6 mins they said they won’t be able to serve Maggi, this is fair…and so they asked me to order something else and I ordered chilli cheese toast. It was SO DISAPPOINTING, there was hardly any cheese on it, it was undercooked…I am a regular at chayos and I can tell you it is not like that. And plus, the cashier didn’t even refund the remaining amount, so if you are not aware, chances are you will over pay. I think they were understaffed, and so the tables weren’t regularly cleaned or sanitised…slow service for something very disappointing and impalpable. I won’t recommend this particular...
