Cookie Man - Garuda Mall — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I recently visited the Cookie Man outlet at Garuda Mall and was thoroughly impressed. The cookies were incredibly fresh, with a nice crunch and great flavor. We ended up taking them home to enjoy, rather than eating them on the spot.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the guy behind the counter was happy to offer recommendations and answer questions. When we mentioned we were buying 4 packs, he offered us a complimentary cookie pack of our choice, which was a nice touch.

The variety of flavors was impressive, and we ultimately chose four different ones to try. Each cookie was enjoyable, with no complaints. The prices were reasonable, and the service was top-notch.

From Garuda mall, The service he gave was horrible! Didn't expect this coming from Chetan! I also have an experience in retail and knows how to treat customers but over there, knows nothing how to treat and talk with customers around! When needed help they are not ready to approach,I hope they/he don't treat other customers like how he treated me and hoping to give their best service during next visit! Purchased some Almond Tea crunch cookies on Saturday, Nov 2nd 2013 around 7:00 PM as a Diwali gift to my parents. It cost me a bomb and was absolutely old stock. Don't venture near this place. I got a stomach upset and I am still reeling with such a severe headache and to I just had 3/4 cookie.?!
