This is a review regarding their Online consultation process, The Dr's might be excellent however the whole process of booking and getting the prescription is a huge huge pain in the ass, more painful than my illness itself. They do not have a centralised management you are just passed from one person to another and from one call to another.

This wasn't just a one time thing but every time. Either it's with getting the hard copy of the prescription or their own system related technical issue, instead of just having to call and talk with one person you will have to deal with multiple people, from hospital opration team, to various department staff to their online customer executive, you will have to answer to all their calls ans explain the issue from scratch every single time and yet not get a resolution within the desired time. In the end it feels like like I'm dealing with govt where I have to run around, with the exception that payment is collected rite at the start of all this and mind you its not cheap. What is the point of going through all this after paying such a premium.

Update - I cancelled the appointment on (9th oct) coz I did not receice any link or intimation regarding the video consultation and informed them regarding the same. Got around 8 calls yesterday (8th Oct). And received another 5 calls on 9th Oct after me SPECIFICALLY REQUESTING THEM NOT TO CALL ME REPEATEDLY.

PS - They should be in the credit card dafult, call collection line of work instead of Health Secror. Save me...
