Just like any other KFC, this place also provide you the same set of Menu. The only plus point here is that it is in Central Bellandur Mall, so you can enjoy your favourite snack while doing shopping. So no need to worry about your hunger when you are on a full shopping spree. The place here though is small and the seating area is usually occupied during rush hours. They have 1 billing counter and uou may to wait some time to get your items billed.

You can also explore nearby food options like McDonald's, Pizza Hut or for that matter you may also grab your favourite coffee from Cafe Coffee Day here. You will not be disappointed even if you don't feel like grabbing your food from KFC or you are unable to grab due to long waiting time as you have these options as well.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this KFC outlet. I had placed an order for a Popcorn Rice Bowl. A little later, I received a missed call from the restaurant. I immediately called the delivery partner to check what happened, and he informed me that the item I ordered was not available. When I requested to speak directly with the restaurant staff, the person on the phone was extremely unprofessional. Instead of politely explaining, he spoke with a rude tone, saying things like “listen to me, I can’t prepare for you, it’s not my problem”. When I asked why an out-of-stock item was still being shown on the app, he had no answer and cut the call abruptly. I called again through the delivery partner, but the staff’s attitude was even worse the second time. They told me “do whatever you want” and finally cancelled my order without my approval. I had clearly requested that the order should not be cancelled unless a proper resolution was given. To make things worse, the restaurant then closed the outlet on the app instead of taking responsibility. This is not what I expect from a global brand like KFC. I paid for my order, got no food, and was treated with disrespect. Such behavior is unacceptable. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this KFC outlet in Bellandur Centro Mall. On 27th June 2025, I paid ₹315.96 via PayZapp, which was marked as successful, but the store operator claimed the payment had failed and asked me to pay again using my HDFC credit card.

I trusted their word and made the second payment, expecting the original amount would be refunded, as promised by the store manager, Mr. Chetan. I even followed up with him the next day over WhatsApp, and he said the refund would take a week. After waiting nearly a month, I checked and found the refund was never processed.

When I contacted Mr. Chetan again, he was rude and unprofessional. Shockingly, he told me to come and collect an item instead of refunding the money — which is not a solution, especially after this long delay and multiple follow-ups.

This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I now suspect this could be a recurring trick being played on other customers who might not check their digital transactions regularly.
