Chaarcoal — Restaurant in Bengaluru

With just countable fine dine restaurant in the area, Chaarcoal could have done better to impress the guests or visitors. No music available until I requested them for the same. Wondering, at a fine dine a guest need to put request for the prerequisites.

Tried a couple of appetizer and both were disappointing.

Soft fillet of fish made with Indian spices, some pieces of the fish had excess salt which clearly depicted that the batter was not mixed properly. Served with some onion salad and a green chutney. Full marks for the presentation.

Doodiya Murg Malai Tikka

The chicken needs to be more tender which was missing here. It tasted a little bland which may be due to inadequate marination. Some pieces of chicken were pretty hard and some soft, consistency is essential for a fine dine environment. Served with some onion salad and a green chutney.

A perfect place to dine in given light music in the background, dim lightings, cosy sittings, courteous and attentive staff (Keno you did your job well!). North Indian cuisines play a big part in their mains. Also, you'll get one plus one on both drinks and food here. (Drinks being served from Sharaab factory) Coming to my eating experience, for drinks I tried lemonade which was a perfect blend of lemon, sugar n salt. Loved the food here. We ordered food from here to Cessna business park for our team lunch. We had the Tandoori Achari Baby Corn, Dahi Ke Kabab and Lassoni Broccoli for Veg starters, and some non-veg starters too. Both were delicious! We had Dal Makhani, Khade Masalay Ka Kadhai Subz and Makmali Methi Panneer gravies which were lip-smacking together with Garlic Naan that was soft and yummy!
