The staff is very unprofessional and rude. The kitchen was fully messy and unclean and lacks the normal hygiene standard levels for this franchise. We ordered a maple butter with extra nutella. The food was broken and crumbling when we first ordered. So, we requested for a change since we couldn't even hold it. Firstly, the wait time was too long for a limited customers and secondly, when we got our order the second time, there was no maple butter. It was clear that they were frustrated and the same reflected in the amount of nutella put in the waffle. Keeping this lovely experience in my mind, I vow to never visit this...

If you face any problem just take a video or something as proof because you ll need it to prove your point when you have a complaint. I ordered a shake.when i received it wasnt cold I asked them to make it cold but they claimed its cold. I asked the lady to try it herself and speak. She took the drink back and used one ice I guess as it dint make a difference as such. Then she says to me that there is no ice. If they dint have ice in first place should have just informed and I would have canceled my order for shake just wasted...

The quality of the waffle was not at all good. I had got 5 waffles from their store on Waffles day the previous month. They were selling out any waffle at Rs 100 but the quality of the waffle that they had provided were not at all worthy of Rs 50 also. It was soft from inside , not properly baked and it tasted like a normal pastry and had no signs of a waffle. Very poor service from the entire team.
