Bakers Day — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I would like to share this because I was cheated by one of the staff...I ordered salt biscuits of 250gms...I saw there was one half salt biscuit in the box..I asked him y are you putting half biscuit and he said for 250gms it's just so much..what he meant was if he adds another half biscuit it would weigh more..lol...and the other person said it's okay add one full biscuit and what he did was removed the half biscuit and gave the box to me .which is I noticed after reaching home....please let your manager know how the staff treats the customers..just not appropriate....the food is good no doubt but it's something you have to do with the staff....let the staff know this...they...

Actually it should be 0!! We ordered my son birthday cake the order was placed a week ago and we had specified that the party starts at 6.00 pm and we will take the delivery by 5.30pm however when we went to take the delivery we had to wait for almost 1 and half hours my kids party was delayed and we had to only give snacks as kids were Hungry!! And when the cake came at 8pm when we opened the box the cake collapsed immediately as it was not set and not prepared well. Please think twice before ordering as this experience has happened twice with us.They only get a 1 rating is coz tof their good taste and the manager speaks well t that's it. Please don't order any...

Please don't visit this place. Very bad experience with them when ordered a cake. I ordered a cake and they told me it will be ready the next day afternoon. So, I went in the afternoon and they were like the cake is still not ready and it will take 2 more hours. I couldn't do anything. So, I just took another cake which was already made. Sometimes they sell smelly cakes which is not observable until you're a chef or have a good smelling power. Also, there is a person who's I number I got online from bakers day. He dosent respond at all for any queries. Please think twice before visiting this place. You...
