Amoeba Jayanagar is situated in the Cosmopolitan club building on the main road. Parking will be a problem. Plenty of games to be chosen. However, we went for Bowling 🎳 and the staff there are very friendly and their services are excellent. They immediately come forward to help in case of any problems faced. There's early morning discounts between 10 am to 11 am, only Rs 99 per person per game. One can purchase any number of games to be played during this period to take the advantage of happy hours, otherwise it's Rs 256 per head per game.
The place is neat and tidy with almost 10 bowling alleys. We have to wear their special boots to play. The scored are displayed for each alley and one gets to bowl 10 times in a game. The atmosphere is cool and some lovely catchy film songs are played in the background. They accept digital and credit card payments too. It attracts lots of young crowds and family too, especially on weekends. Hats off to the wonderful friendly services provided by all the staff members at the bowling 🎳. They not only recognize us but know our shoes number too!!. All in all, a great...

Step right into Amoeba, the only place where you pay ₹315 to bowl in the dark, ₹35 to buy a card you didn’t ask for, and ₹0 for basic hygiene. It’s not just a bowling alley—it’s a masterclass in how to charge premium rates for subpar experiences.
Want music to set the vibe? Too bad. Weekdays here are a tribute to silence. You’ll hear more pins drop than beats. It’s like bowling in a morgue—minus the ambiance.
Power cut? No worries—they’ve got a DG running! Just don’t expect lighting on your lane. Lane 2 felt like a horror movie set, minus the thrill. And if you’re hoping to sanitize your hands after touching those crusty, unwashed shoes—LOL. Sanitizer? Never heard of her.
And the cherry on top? That mandatory Amoeba card. Because nothing says “welcome” like forcing customers to pay extra for the privilege of spending money.
In short: overpriced, underwhelming, and aggressively joyless. If you’re craving disappointment with a side of dim lighting and dead silence, Amoeba’s got...
Read moreOverall the experience was good. Some of the games were very engaging and addictive like air hockey. However the prices are very much on the higher side and you can see the time for every game has come down.
The games are mostly prepaid and you will be asked to get a card and recharge it with minimum amount before you start with any games.
The card includes the GST portion in it, that means if you are topping up with say 500, you will be able to use only about 440-450.
There is no food court attached, which is definitely a miss. People would love have some refreshment when they are gaming.
The place is equally engaging for kids and adults. If you are into bowling, this place offer you it a more competitive rates compared to " blue".
The staffs were friendly and courteous. Overall a good place to spend your leisure time.
Just work on the pricing so that people would love to...
