While the check-in and check-out experience at this hotel were commendable, there were several aspects that left us dissatisfied. The standout feature was undoubtedly the exceptional staff, both during the late-night shifts and throughout the day. They ensured a smooth experience and were prompt in addressing our concerns. The receptionist, security personnel, and support staff were all attentive and helpful. However, our repeated need for assistance (more than 10 times) during our stay was a cause for concern.
One of the major issues we encountered was the overall lack of maintenance in the hotel. Numerous equipment malfunctions required us to make multiple calls for repairs. Over our three-night stay, we had to request fixing the TV, Wi-Fi, and toilet on two to three occasions. Unfortunately, the issues persisted, prompting us to refrain from further inconvenience.
Additionally, we faced a water leak from the fridge, a malfunctioning hairdryer, and a leaky bathroom partition that resulted in a perpetually wet bathroom floor after each shower. Furthermore, the provision of only two towels and insufficient toilet paper for a Superior Room accommodating two adults and two children was disappointing. While the service was satisfactory, these shortcomings were indicative of inadequate attention to detail.
It is important to clarify that our dissatisfaction does not lie with the hotel staff but rather with the hotel management's failure to take appropriate action and establish effective policies. Prior to check-in, it would be prudent for the hotel group to thoroughly inspect the rooms to ensure all amenities are in working order.
The unreliable Wi-Fi connection was another significant issue. Despite multiple attempts to use the Wi-Fi in our room, it lacked sufficient strength and frequently disconnected. Consequently, we had to resort to using our family's assistance to book our return flight tickets.
Due to the unreliable Wi-Fi, I decided to book an airport cab through the hotel. Regrettably, the staff let me down in this regard. After inquiring about the availability of cab services, I was presented with a few options and eventually booked an Innova for 3200 + 18% tax. I explicitly confirmed if the tolls and other charges were included. However, during the confirmation process, the staff called me several times, each time with a different query. They even visited my room to assess the luggage and ensure it would fit in the car. To my dismay, after approximately 30 minutes, they called again, stating that an additional 150/- would be required for the toll charges. This was unacceptable, as they had confirmed the booking earlier without mentioning any additional fees. Despite my efforts to explain the confusion, the staff failed to understand, ultimately leading me to cancel the service.
On my final day of the stay, which coincided with Pai Groups' 25th Anniversary, the staff was absent, presumably celebrating in Tumkur. Consequently, essential services such as laundry and the restaurant were unavailable. This was a significant letdown from a customer service standpoint. If they were aware of the event, they should not have accepted bookings for that day, as it inconvenienced guests who were left without necessary amenities.
Considering the damp hotel rooms, subpar amenities, limited supplies, and non-functional Wi-Fi, I regretfully state that I will not be returning to this hotel. While the staff and food were commendable, they were not sufficient to justify the daily rate charged by the...

Had discussed on whatsapp with restaurant manager staff and we were informed to arrive at 12.30 pm....we went on time ...manager was not there to greet us ..we had to ask the lady supplier a suitable table for us to sit and have lunch....she is such an unprofessional staff ...who doesn't know how to greet customers... Having anger look on her face ....she asked us to sit at one place where later we were asked to move from that table to another as there was a family of 8 people arrived and they wanted to accomodate at that table.....first question....why were we asked to sit there if you knew that family of 8 people might come to that table ........as we ordered starter, it took them 45 mins to provide after repeatedly asking...later ordered some food and the lady supplier looks at you as if she is unhappy to serve you or not willing to listen to your order.... food was avarage...ethics and professionalism is worst......when will these people understand that customers are the backbone to run their business and without customers they are nothing.....we would never recommend this...
