We stepped into this place with lot of expectations but were disappointed.
We had to cut short our lunch due to the experience here. We ordered a starter and Mandi Biriyani to try and did not risk ordering beyond that. First, the complimentary soup was cold (we let it go since it's complimentary). Biriyani arrived, the rice was cold and tasteless. We sent it back to heat it again. Because the food was cold, they switched off the AC (not sure of the logic here) but we asked to switch it on again as it was a hot afternoon. The starter we ordered was horrendous, we broke the piece and we got a terrible smell. The fry piece had a strong stale, old oil smell which was pathetic. We sent it back and the staff confirmed there was some problem with that dish (why serve it until the customer realises?). It seemed like the dish was refried multiple times and was served with gravy smeared.
The wash basin area was unclean and there were no tissues near the wash basin. That's just disappointing for a place boasting a unique ambiance.
There was also an issue with tendering right change at the end while billing. They gave lesser change and we had to go back to get right change. The place doesn't have UPI payments strangely (staff said 'no scanner sir').
This place is open recently and seeing this standard is disappointing. Needs a lot of...
Read moreThe money you are charging and the portion or quantity you are giving doesn't match for takeaway option ( dont know about dine in as i haven't dined inn at your restaurant till now) but use to take away all the time from last 1 to 1 and half years.
Surprisingly this time you have lessen the quantity for family packs and all...i mean the container it self you have changed now to half of the previous size :) :) :)..but the charges seems to be same as Rs 1000 or so (for that family pack portion in that small container you are providing now)...this is really bad sir...you would have hiked the charges for the family pack to some Rs 100 to Rs 200 additional and you could have maintained giving good quantity or portion without changing the container size.
More over the quality of food also has changed...its not like we use to have previously from your restaurant...the taste /aroma of the food has gone down drastically.
You were good actually until recent times..but now your food quality and quantity has gone down.
Hope you will take my review positively and try to make those changes.
Anyways from this point of time i have decided neither to visit nor order any food from your restaurant. And will never recommend to anyone...
Read moreIf you're a biryani lover, this spot is definitely worth checking out. The aroma hits you the moment you walk in—spices, saffron, and that unmistakable whiff of dum cooking. The biryani is rich, flavorful, and layered just right. Each grain of rice is perfectly cooked, and the meat (we tried both chicken and mutton) was tender and juicy.
What stood out: the balance of spices. Unlike places that go overboard with heat, this biryani had depth—aromatic rather than just spicy. The raita and salan served on the side complemented the dish well without stealing the show.
Ambience is casual and clean, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Service was fast and polite, though it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so plan accordingly.
Overall, a solid biryani joint that delivers on authenticity and taste. Definitely a repeat visit...
