The food was good but the manager Harish here was very rude. I had Navratri fast so I got my own food, I understand that outside food is not allowed in almost all the restaurants and I was okay with it. He came to me in a very interrogative manner and asked to close the box and to give him the food that I am having inspite of me closing and keeping it in my bag when he told me at once. Within minutes another staff member comes to me, asking that please don't eat outside food( this was when I had already kept it in my bag) and I told him that you can see that it's already packed in bag, that's when he tells me that the manager shouted at me for this. We were a group of 6 people. I told him, you don't have anything for fasting people here, so I cant eat anything here. His reply is No problem, please close the box. I totally understand every restaurant has there own set of rules and I closed my box right then respecting that. But there is a way of saying things and behaving with your customer. When asking for his name from other staff member, he came to my table and was literally staring me for a couple of minutes and when my teammates asked him, he started explaining himself and said what happens between him and the staff is something that I shouldn't be concerned about (this is when I didn't even say anything to him about this, his staff told us that he was yelled at because of this). I actually have never seen such a behaviour from any manager. Not gonna visit this outlet not recommending this...
Read moreI’ve visited this place several times for lunch. It is definitely one of the better Beijing Bites outlets in Bangalore. The food is great and the renovated (in December 2022) ambience really makes the place feel brighter.
We loved the Crispy Honey Chicken, Pan Fried Noodles, and American Chop Suey.
The manager was polite and ensured we had a great time.
Beijing Bites is also very easy on the pocket. After Dineout discounts, the bill came to ~1100 for 3 people, even though we ordered very generously.
They don’t have car parking available at the restaurant but there is an empty lot just up the street on Hayes Road itself (almost adjacent to the restaurant) where you can pay and park. No valet.

Read moreAbsolutely love this place! It's had its ups and downs, but any restaurant weathering 10+ years will go through phases. It's been consistently good for good pan-Asian and indo-chinese delicacy!!! True value for money.
Top recommends - hot & sour soup, chilli chicken, burnt pepper chicken, hunan streamed rice and mixed stewed rice (if you like something like Chinese porridge).
P.s - the manager at the restaurant, definitely recommend getting suggestions and a few jokes from him. A true veteran of the place, been for the 16+ years and I've been seeing him for...
