Burger King — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This joint has a flight of stairs leading up to it, followed by a very long walk to the counter where orders are placed. Hence, it is not very accessible for people who have difficulty walking.

The cleanliness and upkeep of this place isn't great. It definitely has scope for improvement.

The service is average and not very quick. If you ask for extra fruit pulp on the ice cream, they categorically refuse stating that the quantity is automated and only a measured amount can be added as a topping. It seemed hard to believe, especially since in the past, they used to willingly add extra topping on request. At McDonalds, they willing add more topping if you ask them.

The Chicken burger was good and pleasantly large in size. The chicken was soft, succulent and tasty. However, the Mutton Burger, although much more expensive, was very disappointing. The meat was tough and dry and not half as tasty as the Chicken burger. It definitely wasn't worth the price.

The milkshakes, which are called 'Thick shakes', aren't as thick as you would imagine. Besides, they scrimp on the flavour, thus making it taste more like mildly flavored sweet milk. The thick mango shake was quite a disappointment.

For the steep prices that they charge, half of their items are not worth it. Besides, the service, cleanliness and upkeep definitely need a boost. I would think twice before...

TERRIBLE FOOD AND MANAGEMENT!!! Sadly went there tonight and got the worst food and service EVER!!! Received my burger to find a huge chunk of lettuce in it. (see in pictures) ALMOST BROKE MY TOOTH as it was hard as a rock. Went into store to tell manager who was a white red head female with absolutely NO help she ACTUALLY THOUGHT IT WAS CABBAGE. She should be retrained as she didn't even know what the whopper burger had in it. She would not return it due to " being illegal'' she EVEN told us SHE MADE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! were like WHAT! why would you put a huge rock hard chunk on a burger? she said it was made from there lettuce shredder that they have. EVEN if it was from that why would they send that out like that. It could even be a choking hazard. When talking to a second manager who was a Indian guy he was actually backing her up saying yes it is due to the spreader. I DONT THINK THEY GET IT , it doesn't matter what it was from you DO NOT SEND product like that out!!!! someone could actually get hurt by this, and this is unacceptable!
