The four days we stayed there we were literally treated as beggars and we ad to literally request them for anything including drinking water I.e. paid bisleri and they didn't have a chilled one saying we don't keep it in the fridge. When asked for a cold one they said there is fridge in your room, you an cool it for yourself. Very poor treatment. When asked for glasses they gave paper cups saying they do not have extra glasses in the hotel. We had a double occupancy room and had to everyday call for two towels at least 4 to 6 times. For Any toiletries required we had to request them for at last 6 to 8 times. Even the complimentary tea and coffee for in room kettle were not refilled unless asked for and followed up for. While ordering dinner we were given new rules everyday, they didn't have their tandoori working and instead of roti they suggest you eat rice or bread. No additional spoon or plates were provided and we literally had to given an explanation that we have additional guest in the room for dinner, only after which they sent us an additional plate but no spoon or fork was given as they didn't have any spare with them. The room bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed even once in the four nights we stayed there. When we requested for Fresh ones we were denied saying it will be changed on check out. We do not change be linens as required.
These are some of the few difficulties we faced by the hotel management. The managers and restaurant people who take orders are just not cooperative and they suggested we stay somewhere lse or order food online if we have difficulties with their incompetence.

Choice of breakfast is lavish. Dinner buffet is expensive compared to other options available near by, taste of food and price do not match, value for money not seen at dinner.
Laundry - they did not deliver my Landry on time, when questioned repeatedly they brought it folded well. Finally understood the reason for the delay - they burnt my brand new shirt and tried to cover up, one staff finally accepted the shirt was spoiled. The billing clerk rounded off my laundry bill, inspite of asking for it repeatedly.
their GM called me and apologised for the inconvenience caused, Was held up with my routine activities and asked him to call later as the delay in checkout consumed my working hours, still waiting for his call.

Rooms: Roomwise we got a room change into a fairly bigger room within the executive category.
Parking: The hotel provides basement parking which has direct lift access to all floors.
Service: Since its a 12-12 checkin checkout facility, the reception might be crowded which may or maynot lead to delays. The service staff and room service were very kind.
Lighting and Ventilation: rooms are well lit. Openable windows for natural ventilation. But... The AC regulators must be checked in the rooms.. Found it impossible to adjust the cooling
