My friend's recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The receptionist and housekeeping staff demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy throughout their visit. Despite being paying customers, requests for even the most basic amenities were consistently disregarded, making guests feel like an inconvenience rather than valued patrons. The cleanliness of the rooms was severely lacking, necessitating constant reminders for even minimal upkeep. Additionally, the water supply was highly unreliable, with simple requests for water taking an unacceptable 2-3 hours to fulfill, and hot water for showers was consistently unavailable. The rude demeanor of the reception staff only exacerbated the overall unpleasantness of the experience. According to them, the management of this establishment lacks basic understanding of how to operate a hotel, resulting in a complete lack of professionalism. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, seem disinterested and neglectful, leaving guests feeling as though their requests are a bother rather than a priority. Let me start by giving u the details about my stay, so I came here on Tuesday the staff was chilling not paying attention and seriously no respect for their visitor, after that I got my room and the moment I checked it, omg the smell in that room and even the Ac wasn't working, yayy for the first day, next day i asked them to change my room because all of the problems, so they finally changed my room, but the second room was more disgusting then the first one. Smell issue, dirty Bedsheets and what not and the stuff is clearly the cheapest. On top of that you all be thinking why I'm so angry and blabbering. So today it's my 4 and last day of the trip and my phone is very low on charge and there's no current. So by stairs when I went down I asked the guy, when will the current be back, very rudely he replied 'mujhe kya pata'. So i Asked what about the generators, he said there's no diesel for that. Read moreA very bad experience staying at this hotel...totally unprofessional. The 1st room allotted did not have intercom, flush was broken, no toiletries, no teabags, milk, sugar,hot water kettle. Water bottles had to be asked everytime. Had complained to Customer care and was assured a room change which did not happen as the Front desk said they have no information. In the evening rather late night room was changed but everything remained the same except this time there was a intercom in the room, TV not working, no toiletries, no tea bags etc etc. One of the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Had paid an advance amount for booking which was not adjusted with the final bill. Breakfast was atrocious and not even a cup of tea was served. Had charged extra during booking if breakfast was opted for. People should never stay in this place extremely bad service and no help to solve issues also.
