Deeply regret in choosing this hotel. Will not recommend to anyone. There were only flaws to say this hotel. ||||Cons||||Unprofessional staff attitude. ||These oyo hotels will not share the contact number even after asking to their customer care lot of times.||Super hard Mattress which is not a worth for a night stay||Worst ever complimentary breakfast faced. (omelette chargeable). It’s far better to remove the breakfast option than to provide tasteless cum cheap menu.||The open Restaurant area is completely worst. It’s unsuitable for Ladies & Family group travelers ||Dental kit chargeable||Unavailability of hot water||Dead slow shower system. Have to rely on old school bucket & mug||Unprofessional Staff attitude.||||||I was in need of early Checkin but promised to checkout within 11 hours of my stay but still argued to charge Rs.750 ( Again included breakfast + GST ). So totally charged for Double breakfast. They should have considered this as mostly star category hotels compromise with the customers. If they had given their contact number I would have preferred any...

My experience has been disappointing with these guys, I booked a room through OYO and these guys denied check in, stating that I should pay more

OYO support didn't bother to help. Because I was already tired and exhausted, I paid the extra amount.

The worst part was that the room was totally not worth the extra money. Here is all that did not work in the room

The bathroom lock was broken. The mattress was hard and it literally felt like I was lying on a plank. The serviced food was subpar and we ended up throwing most parts of it. The TV remote was broken The AC was centralized and although we tried to turn it as much less as possible, the temperature was so unaccomodating that we ended up sweating most parts of the night. And above all, their card machine did not work either.

Please skip this hotel, I've already had them...

We stayed at the Phoenix hotel on our recent trip to Bangalore, it was a wonderful hassle free stay . The reception staff along with all the other staff including housekeeping and in room dining were very polite and always ready to help . Check in was really smooth and so was the check out . The rooms are really very furnished and worth every penny that you spent . The food quality also is very good and I had to mention their chai from room service was amazing. I think for a span of 3 nights we had more then 30 cups of tea 😂 but mind you we had two rooms. The location of the hotel is very good , and the amenities kept in the room like the toiletries etc are of a very good quality. If I’m Bangalore then we will definitely stay at this hotel...
