I’m putting this up here because they have very conveniently disabled messaging on their Instagram. this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. firstly, they were cleaning the floors indoors so we asked to sit outside. As soon as we did they started clearing with a lot of water and soap outside as well. the manager left right after taking our order and as soon as she left, the rest of the staff started playing offensive and vulgar Hindi songs while we were waiting uncomfortably for our food. we really wanted to leave but had already paid for our food prior to having it. and thought we might as well have it and leave. as soon as we got our food, I asked them to change my burger because I had strictly asked and reminded for no onions in mine. they shabbily removed it from my burger and got it back. I had also ordered a berry soda and a peach iced tea which was recommended to me by the manager because the beverage that I wanted was not available initially. this peach iced tea tasted just like cough syrup mixed with a lot of ice. we didn’t even touch the peach iced tea after the first sip and asked the staff to replace it with any other beverage. they straight up refused to replace it or refund. upon asking why they said “it’s supposed to taste like this” is peach iced tea supposed to taste like cough syrup?? I have had it enough times to know it’s not.
