I recently had the pleasure of dining at Byg Brewski Brewing Company in Sarjapur, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. This restaurant goes above and beyond to provide a perfect ambiance, exceptional service, and delicious food that will leave you wanting more.

Situated on the IT corridor, Byg Brewsky is a big name amongst microbreweries. We wanted to start the new year Byg and hence our choice to visit the above said place. The place needs neither introduction nor description to the absolutely beautiful and scenic ambience. Beautiful dining in multiple floors around a koi pond, candlelit tables and torches of fire adding natural lighting is definitely a vibe to experience. I'd rate the ambience a solid 5/5.

Coming down to brass tacks, the food and drink, I have mixed opinions. Our usual starters for beer are french fries and crispy corn and we were thoroughly disappointed to not find them on the menu. Our fellow non vegetarian friends got fries with a fish kind of dish but when we asked the staff to just get us the fries, they didn't comply. Also, what kind of brewery does not brew stout beer? Or don't you have customers who order it? Apart from this, everything we ordered was cooked, crafted, shaken and stirred to perfection. The Belgian Wit was flavoured as it was described. Mocktails were unique and the "My old pal" cocktail was probably the best order of the night. Alcohol, cream and coffee was an amazing blend. The pizza was super cheesy. The other paneer starter in the images was absolutely delightful! I was also glad that the Negroni was available here. I've always wanted to try it out. Our biriyani standard is Meghana's paneer biriyani and the one we were served more than matched that standard. Tres leches was absolutely creamy and melted the second you put it in your mouth. The caramel cheesecake was one of a kind. Definitely a must try! The desserts, though not a lot to choose from were absolutely amazing. We regret that there weren't any milkshakes on the menu. Given the small menu, lack of availability of basic starters and the quality and quantity of food, I'd rate 3/5.

Despite being an extremely busy day, the staff handled all our requests smoothly for the most part so kudos guys. The staff in the first floor performed a jam to the music that was playing and was refreshing to watch them have fun on the job. Loved the late 90s and early 2000s music that was playing when we visited! The items were moderately priced. I'd rate service 4/5.

All in all, Byg Brewsky is known for it's stunning ambience and good quality food though I'd have liked a little more variety. Prices are reasonable and you're guaranteed to have a gastronomical experience no doubt....

A high-energy raw & rustic bar space, Barbyric is flanked by a large water body on one side and the Silent Kitchen on the other. The Syn Bar is BygBrewski’s highest point with spectacular views of the night sky and gorgeous sunsets, adorned with fire torches lit up at sunset...
