I recently had the pleasure of dining at Byg Brewski Brewing Company in Sarjapur, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. This restaurant goes above and beyond to provide a perfect ambiance, exceptional service, and delicious food that will leave you wanting more. First and foremost, the restaurant's unique feature, an artificial lake with fishes, adds an enchanting touch to the entire dining experience. It creates a serene and calming atmosphere, making it a perfect setting for a relaxed evening with friends or loved ones. The moment I entered, I was greeted by the warm and inviting staff. The service throughout my visit was top-notch, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and attended to all my needs promptly. The level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff truly made a lasting impression. The carefully curated playlist adds to the energetic and vibrant atmosphere, enhancing the dining experience. Whether you're enjoying a meal with friends or savoring a romantic dinner, the music sets the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable evening. With his wife Beyla, they presided over the brewing of mead and beer. Inspired by Byggvir and Beyla’s immeasurable love of brewing mead & beer, and by adopting the name of Byg, we at Byg Brewski Brewing Company pay homage to the immortal brewer who moved an entire nation, and also to the great brewing traditions of the world, serving up delectable dishes and masterful homebrews surrounded by dynamic architecture and stunning skylines, with three magnificent outlets at Sarjapur, Hennur and Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru. The Pavilion hosts bigger tables for larger crowds, perfect for families, small parties & celebrations alike. Perched directly above the Silent Kitchen, the Pavilion brings a premium experience & elegant flair to customers. A classic table-and-bench affair for larger groups looking to lounge about for a few hours, the Chill Zone holds a good view of key spaces with graffiti-adorned walls. The Colosseum is a 40-feet-high screen that makes an appearance for high-octane sporting events, complemented by nine large steps to accommodate 25-30 people across the length of the area. A high-energy raw & rustic bar space, Barbyric is flanked by a large water body on one side and the Silent Kitchen on the other. Located on the ground floor with top-notch vibes, you’ll see bartenders flipping bottles & customers picking drinks up from the bar - as vibrant as it gets! The Syn Bar is BygBrewski’s highest point with spectacular views of the night sky and gorgeous sunsets, adorned with fire torches lit up at sunset every evening.

Situated on the IT corridor, Byg Brewsky is a big name amongst microbreweries. We wanted to start the new year Byg and hence our choice to visit the above said place. The place needs neither introduction nor description to the absolutely beautiful and scenic ambience. Beautiful dining in multiple floors around a koi pond, candlelit tables and torches of fire adding natural lighting is definitely a vibe to experience. I'd rate the ambience a solid 5/5. Coming down to brass tacks, the food and drink, I have mixed opinions. Our usual starters for beer are french fries and crispy corn and we were thoroughly disappointed to not find them on the menu. Our fellow non vegetarian friends got fries with a fish kind of dish but when we asked the staff to just get us the fries, they didn't comply. Also, what kind of brewery does not brew stout beer? Or don't you have customers who order it? Apart from this, everything we ordered was cooked, crafted, shaken and stirred to perfection. The Belgian Wit was flavoured as it was described. Mocktails were unique and the "My old pal" cocktail was probably the best order of the night. Alcohol, cream and coffee was an amazing blend. The pizza was super cheesy. The other paneer starter in the images was absolutely delightful! I was also glad that the Negroni was available here. I've always wanted to try it out. Our biriyani standard is Meghana's paneer biriyani and the one we were served more than matched that standard. Tres leches was absolutely creamy and melted the second you put it in your mouth. The caramel cheesecake was one of a kind. Definitely a must try! The desserts, though not a lot to choose from were absolutely amazing. We regret that there weren't any milkshakes on the menu. Given the small menu, lack of availability of basic starters and the quality and quantity of food, I'd rate 3/5. Despite being an extremely busy day, the staff handled all our requests smoothly for the most part so kudos guys. The staff in the first floor performed a jam to the music that was playing and was refreshing to watch them have fun on the job. Loved the late 90s and early 2000s music that was playing when we visited! The items were moderately priced. I'd rate service 4/5. All in all, Byg Brewsky is known for it's stunning ambience and good quality food though I'd have liked a little more variety. Prices are reasonable and you're guaranteed to have a gastronomical experience no doubt. Worth a visit.

Title: Delicious Chicken Hakka Noodles! I recently had the pleasure of trying the Chicken Hakka Noodles at Byg Brewski Brewing Company, Sarjapur and I must say, they were absolutely delicious! The first thing that struck me was the presentation and aroma when I opened. I am impressed by the way they have kept the Sauce separated from the Noodles so that they don't get mixed is very much commendable. It was a mouthwatering blend of spices and the unmistakable scent of stir-fried goodness. The noodles were cooked to perfection - firm yet tender, with a delightful chewiness that I adore in Hakka noodles. What truly elevated this dish was the succulent pieces of chicken mixed throughout. The chicken was perfectly cooked but was missing the smoky flavor from the wok. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, adding a delightful crunch and a burst of color to the plate. The portion size was generous, making it a great value for the price 250/-. I was pleasantly surprised by how satisfying this meal was. It left me feeling full and content without being overly heavy. The only reason I'm giving it *3.5 stars* instead of 5 is because I personally prefer a bit more heat and spice and also the smoky flavour from the wok which if paired with the savory sauce coating on the noodles will be beautiful, and while the dish had a nice mild kick, I think a touch more heat would have made it even more perfect for my taste. Overall, I highly recommend trying the Chicken Hakka Noodles at this restaurant. It's a flavorful and filling dish that's sure to satisfy your cravings for Asian cuisine. Whether you're a fan of mild or spicy flavors, this dish is definitely worth a try!

It was my 30th day in Bangalore and I thought to explore some brewery and good food. Then heard of this name “Byg Brewski” sounded more like Big Bro.. just kidding…. It was Saturday night and I booked our table via Eazydiner by chance but was lucky enough that I was allocated a table for 2 the very moment I entered the reception (15 minutes was the wait time, lucky day again) Thanks to the app, and my wife (they are always right you know if you know) for always pushing me to reach on time if we have any appointment. Huge thanks to Mr Amit for helping us getting a table and helping us throughout by explaining speciality dishes around and other things which we can try on our very first day… Loved their ordering system which was fully digital. You scan the code and see the menu and everything is just added to cart and bang, you do check out and the order is delivered in next couple of minutes. No contact ordering!! Though you can also call the staff if you need anything and there is offline ordering option available too. The BEER was fresh and nice. The food was amazingly delicious especially the Bao’s , Kebab, pizzzzaaa with loads of mushroom and cheese😍😍. Though there were lot of options that I could have tried but thought to keep it for some other time. There was a unique caramel popcorn cake…omg that was sooo delish and yummylicious. The staff was so patient, courteous and extremely responsive and warm . Lastly, the place had a buzzing vibe and serene view!! Cheers to Byg Brewsky !!! Until we meet again in “Hennur” 🤩🥳
