This place is Pure Veg, and ambiance and service are top of the notch level, completely depicting the concept of Atithi devo bhava! A full set do Rajasthan feeling with different different type of sitting arrangement. With some Rajasthani music in Background.

Food:

Being a foodie and an admirer of India food and cuisine specifically I have no words left to praise Rajdhani team and management for introducing this concept into thali system. The reason I call this concept as a revolutionary concept because we have restricted our test from Starters to Main Desserts. I never thought of testing a starter of multiple variety in the flavor of Rajasthan.

Till some extent people who hails from North India especially Rajasthan can relate themselves to the taste. But I especially do recommend it our friends who hails from southern and other part of India, to try this MAHARAJA UNLIMETED THALI as this eating journey will be full of excitement and happiness. One thing which I can assure about this thali is that it will make you amaze about the taste of different dishes.

They have Thali system along with the Combos and Platters systems which has sufficient amount of food. Every day they are changing menu and has Special Menu of the Day which is quite Interesting. Food Quality and Quantity was amazing and its worth for money. Beverage side needs to be lil improvement.

P.S – I must say One of the Best authentic and rajasthani food you will get here.

I would start by saying that this was a good and simple place. Nothing very fancy and elaborate. In fact if you come here looking for an expensive looking restaurant like other Rajasthani outlets, then you will be disappointed.

The owner was very friendly and helpful and set up a good space for my party of 10+. The space did feel a little cramped, but it was clean and decent.

Now coming to the more important part, the food. This is a vegetarian restaurant and they have a huge range of thalis and platters that you can order. I think they have at least 20-30 varieties of thalis and some very good drinks, including mango lassi, masala chaas, and masala thums-up.

The food is not made to please everyone like in Rajdhani and other popular chains. It tasted very authentic and unique. I haven't been to rajasthan, but I didn't find the spices and preparation to be different and something I haven't had before in chain restaurants, so I assume this was authentic and true to Rajasthani food. Someone more knowledgeable can correct me.

The portions were very good and the value for money is very high. If you order any of the thalis, then be sure to go in very hungry, since the plate is huge and there are so many items on offer. My party wasn't able to finish most of the thalis that were ordered.

I am happy to recommend the place, but the preparation might not be to everyone's taste. If you want unique preparations and delicacies like Dal Bati and Aam Ras, then definitely...

I recently had the pleasure of ordering a Rajasthani Thali delicacy and Rose Lassi for home delivery and was absolutely blown away by the delicious flavors and authentic taste. The RRThali consisted of a variety of dishes that were all equally delicious. The dal bati churma was cooked to perfection and the accompanying ghee and jaggery made it even more heavenly. The papad and pickle were both homemade and had a unique taste that was unlike anything I have ever had before. The vegetable dishes were also amazing. The gatte ki sabzi was a personal favourite with its rich and creamy gravy that perfectly complemented the soft and chewy gatte. The kadhi was tangy and had a subtle sweetness that paired perfectly with the fluffy rice. To wash down all of these amazing flavours, I ordered a Rose Lassi and it was the perfect accompaniment to the meal. The lassi was thick, creamy, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The hint of rose flavour added a nice floral note that perfectly complemented the spicy and savoury thali. Overall, I would highly recommend this Rajasthani Thali and Rose Lassi to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Indian meal.
