Rolls on Wheels - Shawarma & Wraps — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Ordered a roll but was given a different one which was less expensive. When I asked them and showed proof that the one I had got was not the one I had ordered, adding that I knew because I had already tried it a few days back so I knew how it looked and tasted, they argued that it was the same and some sauce had fallen over it by mistake, so it looked different and maybe it was overcooked, which was a lie because I could distinctly see that the vegetables present were wrong. Had to argue multiple times to get a replacement. And they still gave the wrong one again. I guess they ran out of jalapeños and thought they could convince people that potato...

Ordered shawarma. It was smelling bad. Something was not right. I returned it to the staff who said everything is good, the smell is coming from sauce - that sauce is like that.

Staff seemed genuine so I didn’t ask for refund. Probably there is a problem with the material they source. Please avoid this place as its ingredient...
