They give less portions, idk if the manager told them to do so or any kind of cost cutting, compared to the outlet in Park Square Mall, they gave really less portions for salads and all, the lettuce was less, when I asked then they added extra firstly they added a handful then just in-front of me they removed some lettuce, why? And if you have a vehicle and time go to park square mall, staffs are much helpful and will treat you with care, if you add extra chicken they actually give you generously but here its too less, and who puts beans gravy in salad when i told then they gave another portion draining out the gravy, had to ask for chilli vinegar dressing and the sour cream was watery where as its actually thick there in Park Square outlet. Had to give them my number and to add the points because they already generated the bill without number! So please have the courtesy to ask customer...

Staff prompted me to add lettuce and guacamole without mentioning these were extra-cost add-ons. This lack of transparency led to a ₹100 higher bill. When I questioned the charges at the counter, the staff dismissed my concern, stating the burrito was already made and couldn’t be changed. This is misleading and unfair, especially for infrequent customers unaware of hidden charges. I won’t return or recommend this place. You can't fool a customer twice. Price is not a concern...
