Pathetic experience from Chaipoint! Ordered just tea more than an hour back and no track of order. Called the store person and he happily said that delivery partner not available Post that he starts ignoring the calls and I am waiting. Finally he gives another number as he himself was driving. Again called the new person Sagar Reddy who shows me attitude about shouldn’t call his number etc. On top of it , their app is simply crashing if I try to track my order Then got a call from Sagar and he’s having any idea about Chaipoint being there in Green Glen layout Bangalore 😳😳. Someone is put on conf call and within seconds they change from no order information to complete address of mine etc. got the order canceled but what an attitude from customer care. I don't know why people go to Chai point. They don't customise the tea, their usual excuse is 'time lagega' - 20 mins. Then on top of that it's the same sugary tea you have to deal with. I ordered an egg puff, and boy was it terrible. I returned it. Who even microwaves an egg puff!!! You need to heat it a convection oven. If you can't afford that much basic, then don't open a shop. Everytime you order something extra while at your table you have to get up and get it. Learn from third wave. Sometimes it's ok to get extra things delivered at your table. We were literally one table at the otherwise empty cafe. How can a cafe have IRCTC level terrible food? It's 2022 guys. I think Chaayos is doing customisation and food million times better.

Avoid this at all costs.

Edit 2: on my second visit the coffee served was burnt. I'm just burning money here...

The place has indoor seating for about 20-24 and outdoor seating of about 12 so if you’d want to enjoy your chai with sutta, you have an option for that.

Parking is available for 3-4 cars at a time.

Charging ports are available both for indoor and outdoor seating, so its ideal for remote work too.

No table service, only self service.

The staff is polite and welcoming.

The place is also special to us cause i spent a day with my wife (then fiancée) at Chai Point talking for almost 6 hours over chai and snacks. ❤️ Today, we revisited the place and the service was still good and the chai tasted good as well....
