Absolutely slow service, as the place is "understaffed".

We went there on Sunday evening, and as usual, we had to wait a lot for seating. The problem was with less staff. They were going through enormous pressure due to multiple orders. There was nobody to clean the table. Later the guy who packs and delivers orders had to clear and wipe the table. This was totally unhygienic and we had an...

Am a regular here. The chai is no doubt great but the outlet is most of the times under-staffed and also nobody cares to clean tables and chairs. When they are asked to clean they give lame excuses that we just cleaned it...the previous customer spoiled it, etc. etc. Also, good options are quite limited and mostly they...

Was here for a small work at 7 am in the mall. When I approached chai point I was flatly refused saying that the store opens at 9. However upon seeing google I realized that she had lied. When I went went back and asked she immediately took the order. In this competitive era, such behavior will bring you down...
