I want to start off saying that because of some experiences with Chili's I am a weirdly large fan of the Chili's chain and i visit their locations in nearly every city that I travel to so my standards are fair for the chain. I was truly excited to find this location during a work trip to India but was badly disappointed. Service was slow and inefficient and when my order came out incorrect they were helpless to comprehend or fix it. I broke diet specifically to get the chicken fried steak due to it being listed on the menu as having one of my favorite items in the world which is green chili. The food came out and sadly had not a drop of green chili.

I am very easy going and have complained about my food maybe 4 times in my entire life but this was such a let down that I attempted complaint number 5. Neither the waitress nor manager seemed to comprehend what the description and photo explicitly called out and the conversations with them involved a lot of head shaking and no solutions.

I tried to buck up and make the best of the situation since Chili's makes some really freaking good chicken in basically every case but this was the toughest and driest chicken that have ever gotten at a restaurant. In fact it was really on-par with gas station chicken tenders that have been under the heat lamp for a lonnnnnng time.

Beer selection was horrible and I waited 8 minutes to receive the beer after ordering.

I have maybe 150+ Chili's experiences under my belt and my previous worst was that a location in Denver CO ran out of food but was otherwise not bad so this experience really nose-dived hard into the basement.

Based on my one experience at this location I hope and pray that Chili's hires an angry old police sergeant to storm in there and rip the patches off of their uniforms while screaming to that they don't deserve to...

If I would have a option of giving zero star I would give that to this outlet of chili’s .

What you serve if you call that a burger then you should really go on food tasting .Go to burger signeur and try it atleast they give is worth of the money.

I and my folks went to have a good time to chill , but there was no chill in chili I guess. my entire day was spoiled because of your food . For a price I paid didn’t get worth for it . Burger was exceptionally dry .

In veg burger I ordered southwestern burger half of the ingredients weren’t not there . Bun was ordered from local kirana store

In chicken burger we didn’t take bacon. there wasn’t any substitute for that . Even price wasn’t reduce and when it came there was only thin slice of chicken , too dry to be called a Burger . And we paid f 600 for that . It would have been better if we went burger king atleast we would have returned satisfied.

Now coming to the service Half of the items in the menu weren’t available, there wasn’t even any substitute for the substitute . Well Starter was given at the end of main course which we presumed to have at starting , of course it was a starter we thought it is supposed to arrive at the beginning of the meal , but well . What to say

Coming to hygiene I understand this outlet is in mall so there is no washroom inside restaurant but why there is no washbasin I thought for food outlet Hygiene is suppose to be important . I guess it wasn’t here .

They charged me for such a terrible service 4.6 k including service charges which I didn’t...
