I am writing to express my UTTER disappointment regarding the experience my group and I had at your restaurant during a buffet dinner we booked. Here's a detailed account of our concerns:

Food Quality:

The food served was below par in terms of taste and quality.

The variety of dishes was significantly less than what is expected of a five-star establishment, falling short of even a standard restaurant.

Service Standards:

We arrived at 10:00 PM but felt ignored as no staff attended to us until we actively sought attention.

The service lacked the attentiveness and professionalism expected at such a reputed establishment.

Limited Dining Time:

Despite reaching by 10:00 PM, we were rushed to leave by 11:00 PM due to the restaurant's early closure.

Food counters were closed shortly after we arrived, leaving us unable to enjoy a complete buffet experience.

Upselling Instead of Service:

The only time staff proactively approached us was to promote a coupon plan for additional discounts, costing ₹15,000 per year. This felt inappropriate given the lack of attention to our dining experience.

Overall, the evening was far from the high standards one expects from a five-star restaurant. Regrettably, this will be our last visit, as the experience did not justify the reputation or cost associated with your establishment.

PFB the feedback on menu and food especially.

Lack of Variety in Non-Vegetarian Dishes

As a South Indian, I expected a diverse and high-quality spread of non-veg dishes like authentic biryanis, chicken curries, fried rice, and freshly made breads like porotta and naan. However, the options were extremely limited, and the biryani, in particular, felt bland and uninspired.

Quality and Freshness Concerns

The dishes lacked the flavor and authenticity one would expect in a premium dining experience. It felt like items were placed on the menu just to fill the list rather than to provide a memorable culinary experience.

I also suspect that the food may not have been fresh and could have been frozen or reheated, which might have led to a health issue I experienced after dining.

Overall Experience

The entire experience felt underwhelming, especially when compared to the standards expected from a 5-star buffet.

Suggestions for Improvement:

Include a variety of authentic dishes that cater to diverse tastes, especially for South Indian non-veg preferences.

Ensure all food is freshly prepared and adheres to high-quality hygiene standards.

Focus on enhancing the flavor and presentation of your offerings to truly reflect a premium dining experience.

LEARN TO RESPECT THE MONEY WE CUSTOMERS PAY AND PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICES INSTEAD OF BEING PATHETICALLY MEDIOCRE... WHAT WE FELT THERE IS MORE OF AN EXTORTION..

IN PLATFORMS LIKE SWIGGY THIS RESTAURANT IS TELLING 3K FOR TWO PEOPLE BUT WHEN THE BILL CAME ITS 5K AND THAT TOO 1K FOR SERVICE.... SERVICE AS IN BEING LEFT ALONE IN...

I wish I could give Feast at Sheraton Grand 10 out of 5 stars because my experience there was truly exceptional—not just for a day, but consistently throughout my stay. Every single day, the service exceeded expectations, making my time at the restaurant nothing short of remarkable.

From the moment I checked in to my daily visits to Feast, everything was seamless. Whether it was ordering food from the live counters or enjoying the perfect Americano coffee, the attention to detail was outstanding. Mr. Bhandari impressed me with his remarkable memory, ensuring that fresh coconut water was brought to my table every day without me having to ask. It was small but thoughtful gestures like these that made the experience stand out. Additionally, I truly appreciated the fresh, non-processed juices, which were always refreshing and of the highest quality. Another person who made a difference was Mr. Guddu, who went out of his way to ensure that everything was perfect during every visit. One morning, I casually asked if fresh Bhatura was available, even though it wasn’t on the breakfast menu that day. Instead of simply saying it wasn’t available, the chefs went above and beyond and prepared it for me within minutes. Anyone who understands the preparation involved in making Bhatura from scratch would appreciate the effort and dedication it took to accommodate a single request—especially when they weren’t obligated to do so.

This level of service wasn’t a one-time occurrence. Throughout my stay, I had similar experiences where the staff consistently went the extra mile to make guests feel valued. It wasn’t just about the food—it was about the warm hospitality, personalized service, and genuine effort to make every meal special. Feast at Sheraton Grand truly sets a benchmark for exceptional dining experiences, and I can’t...

We recently dined at Feast- The ambiance of the restaurant is charming and cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The dessert was a standout, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service by the staff was also fantastic.

The restaurant manager Mr.Manish coordinated very well and Mr.Guddu who was present at the time of our dining was impeccable. He was making excellent recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed and took genuine care of us were evident throughout our visit.

However, one of the staffs by name Ms.Sanam attitude was particularly disappointing and significantly impacted our overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff who introduced herself as the POC seemed uninterested in ensuring a pleasant dining experience (maybe coz we booked through Swiggy). Throughout our meal, we noticed she was more focused on chatting with staff than attending to guests.

When we encountered an issue with our billing, Ms.Sanam's response was dismissive and unhelpful. We were a pack of 25members, but she claimed that we are 26 and after double checking we informed that her claim to be wrong. Instead of listening our concerns, we were literally made to justify that we were not outnumbered as claimed. This level of indifference from the staff management is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant.

On May 10th, my family and I made a reservation for three at the Feast Restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. When we arrived on time, we were surprised to find that there was no organized management or queue system at the restaurant. The staff seemed to be working independently, and didn't appear to be concerned with welcoming or assisting customers. After locating one of the attendants and requesting a table, we were asked to wait for two minutes. However, the attendant disappeared for ten minutes and we had to ask again when we saw him. It took us fifteen minutes to finally secure a table. While we were exploring the buffet options, my daughter noticed that the pizza was included and requested a portion of veg pizza. However, the chef asked for our table number, which we didn't know. We had to ask a waiter around our table and then informed the chef. After waiting for twenty-five minutes, I inquired about the pizza and was informed that it had not been noted down. It took another ten minutes to finally receive our order. When it was time for my wife and me to get our food, we discovered that many items were already finished, despite it being only 2:30 pm. We had to repeatedly ask the staff for steam rice and kababs, which was a frustrating experience. Overall, our experience at this supposedly 5-star restaurant was extremely disappointing and one of the worst experiences we've ever had.

We visited Feast at Sheraton for their lunch buffet and were welcomed with an extensive spread. The starters offered a commendable variety, with ample options across both vegetarian and non-vegetarian sections. The fish and chicken preparations, along with a selection of vegetarian starters, provided a good balance. The live counters added an interactive element, while the main course was equally diverse, covering multiple cuisines and preferences. Desserts too showcased a wide assortment, catering well to those with a sweet tooth. That said, while the buffet retained its hallmark variety, the overall taste and quality did not quite match the standards experienced during earlier visits. On this occasion, the spread was visually appealing but somewhat lacking in depth of flavor and finesse. In summary, Feast continues to offer an abundant and well-curated buffet experience, though there remains scope for refinement in quality to bring it back in line with its earlier reputation.
