I just wanna share the most disgusting service that I am receiving from this store of Dominos. I am just sharing this experience so that there would not be anybody who receives such kind of treatment
Apr 25th 2018 @ 10.15 PM: I placed an order with Dominos for which the order has been accepted and payment transaction has been done
11.15 PM: Still waiting for the order and I thought to myself that there must be a delay and I should be getting a call from Dominos assuring the status of my order but in vain. No information
11.20 PM: Taking the matter to my own hands reaching out to the store and no response. No one picked up. Dominos app says that order has been delivered successfully while I was still waiting to receive
I kept calling them but in vain as no one answered. Forced to order to from elsewhere which I did
Around 12.15AM: Fade in..Dominos delivery person comes out of nowhere saying that this is my order. I was wondering what was happening. How could they do this?! I need to check with the customer care
Customer care asked me to deal with the store
A few days later, went into the store to get some clarification
Asked for the responsible person to attend my query as the manager was not available
Started waiting again and then I waited more. Does Dominos understand that customers have their work other than to keep up with them
After a while, the incharge comes(wish I could remember his name). Explained him the whole situation that I was cheated by saying that the order was delivered according to app and no reception of the phone calls from me. Naturally, I asked for my money back for such pathetic service
The person in charge was so stereotypical. He kept saying that the money cannot be refunded but I could get an extra pizza of the same amount which is unacceptable to me as they let me down. The time I needed my meal at the dire was not fulfilled. I tried explaining that this goes against their policy of not informing and tricking customers by false commitments for which the in charge became a little aggressive
Due to the denial, I had to call the manager of the store(forgot the name again) to get some clarity. Speaking to the manager made no developments. I explained him the whole situation again. He says that he understands the situation but can not refund the money and bargains that I could have the next two orders for free but no money. I was still fighting for the money just to reflect on the point that a product is sold and charged at a price for the value that the customer is opting for it not for just some random numbers. Why am I paying that Service Tax if not to get the value
Would the next two orders compensate the value of the treatment I got? Nope. It is not justified. Just because there are pizzas doesn’t mean that you can throw free pizzas at customers without serving the value which is why I kept pestering for money
So, .this is how the manager told that he could try making it up to me. He said that he will talk to the accounts department and try getting me the money. I accepted that and held on hoping to receive the money
Few weeks passed and no amount has been credited then I get a call from their customer care asking if my issue can be resolved by compensating with the next two orders. Really Dominos? After almost a month, Am I still on the same page? I said that I am not accepting any pizzas from Dominos again until I get my money back. Customer Care Executive was very understanding and kept my ticket open for further resolution and that was the last time I ever heard from him
November 7:Here I am 6 months later still expecting a ring and justification for the treatment that I am receiving and wondering if Dominos have the responsibility to treat me or not?
Dominos! I am not happy with your service and probably could not start trusting you again until I am served. I need compensation for all the delay as well this time. My friend and I walked in at 4.30 pm. You can see how your pizza is prepared through a see through.The shelves were dirty. The utensils, groceries, toppings, cheese, sauces, packaging materials etc were lying on the table/floor unattended, scattered and dirty. We could smell the gas leaking. The table where the pizza base is made was extremely dirty. The tables where the customers sit were dirty, not clean. Not sanitized. The stairway to the restaurant was dirty.
Now let me tell you about the employees ,their attitude and their attire.........
These guys have a sick attitude that is to be awarded. Their head not covered. No gloves on. No mask on. No proper uniform used. While standing at the counter waiting to place order, my friend and I notice 5 employees walking past the counter. No one was bothered to greet us and ask us what we want. Really unprofessional!!
LOOKING AT THE CLEANLINESS AND AND THE ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES AT DOMINOS I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER AGAIN.
I DON'T THINK ALL THE EMPLOYEES TAKE A BREAK AT ONE SHOT AND LEAVE THE STORE UNATTENDED!!
If there was a problem, one of them should have told us. We wasted almost 30 minutes expecting that someone will attend to us.
Got frustrated and decided that we will walkout.
Again, the attitude of the employees needs to awarded. Yes, there was a lady employee too and I feel ashamed to mention about her here!!

Moreover, I noticed staff members in the kitchen area not adhering to basic hygiene protocols, including wearing caps or appropriate footwear, as some wore sandals. These oversights not only raise concerns about hygiene but also reflect poorly on Domino’s commitment to maintaining its standards.
