It's crowded. I ordered a large margarita, the lady on the counter persuaded me constantly to buy some random all in one pizza which costs 2X the budget I was seeing which was some ₹300. It margarita costed me ₹355 and then waited 10 mins to collect my order only to hear that their stock of chilli flakes and oregano was over. OMG! I got soo furious, you know obviously I had to keep cool. But, seriously 😭😭 I thought I would eat in food court in the top floor, then I had an idea of using chilli flakes and oregano of pizza hut. I went there, trust me. Just go to pizza hut, after I had a bit of my pizza I swear just go for pizza hut rather than this shitty franchise of domino, it's seriously just bread, and for this I spent almost ₹400? Like for this. The pizza hut there had a very cozy vibe and had very big room to accommodate and the chilli flakes and oregano and ketchup we're kept in 3 glass bottles on every table, and there were like 4000 sqft, with like 20 tables, where the dominos was 12 tables in cramped 600 seating area. Not sure whether to blame the staff or the management. The food was good and nothing bad to complain on that aspect. Just unhappy with the complicated new processes. I visited this outlet on 05.01.2023 and observed the following. 1. Just one cash counter functioning. 2. Just one TV display functioning despite having 3 screens- why this is important, there is just one physical menu available which is really dirty and no other links for online menus. 3. The cashier was very polite but wasn’t very interested in explaining more on the specials but can imagine due to no demand. 4. There was a order display board but it wasn’t used as more they explained I would get an SMS that the pizza was ready and they would also shout out my name. Why even have this extra technology when the order display was perfect? 5. I had ordered garlic bread but no dip was given. I assumed it was stopped but later I saw another patron was given it. Am I expected to ask for it? Overall it seemed fine but unhappy with the stupid...

Domino's might be great place for pizza in general, but this specific outlet is straight 1/10 Been there for 3 times and every single time they manage to *uck up something or other. And the staff does not give a damn about your issues that they themselves cause.

I have visited other branches multiple times and they never have been to this level of bad , Instead, they've been rather very good.

They delay online orders , even store orders

They manage to prepare a totally different pizza without even informing you that they've ran out of certain ingredients.

The pizza that comes out to you always has something lacking Something too dry , something inadequate amount of pizza sauce and their pizza cutting skills are god tier.
