Received Raw/Uncooked Pizza (see in images). DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, WORST SERVICE EVER.

There was no option of giving 0 stars, otherwise i could have given it.

These people are very very unprofessional, i ordered pizza on 20 April 2020, And received raw/uncooked pizza (see in images)

In this corona time when people are taking their health seriously, these people are giving raw food to people,

After receiving those raw pizzas (see images) i had to throw them in trash cause anyways there were not edible at all.

Immediately after contacted Domino's, They said they will call me, in 24 hours, No one called even after 7 Days

After that the manager called, i showed him the images of those raw pizzas, he was like sir you will be getting the refund after 3rd may (expected date for opening lockdown at that time), I also said okay

Now it's been Around a month since that date, in this time i contacted Domino's multiple times via mail, msgs, No respond from them.

It's not about the amount guys, This is our hard earned money, When we don't think before pre paying for the pizza and giving money in advance, So i think these people also should be responsible if the quality does not match

However i am not expecting any refund now as i know these shameless money minded people won't be refunding any amount

But this is to inform you all, Kindly DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS OUTLET PEOPLE HERE ARE VERY VERY...

This is the updated review from the Domino’s this outlet. I start order again and one day I receive a different pizza, not having proper toppings and all so I called to the Domino’s customer care. He connect to me the store manager. He start abusing me and he told me that you doing for refund and all also I’m sharing the image of the pizza and all it’s not having a tomato and the proper toppings. He told me that you order from first time from the Domino’s and also told me you doing this kind of thing for the refund and all, as I already told in this, my Review, previously, I am the Domino’s customer from so long Worst experience from today onwards, I not order it again from the Domino’s I’m Domino’s customer from so long, but This Domino’s outlet is very worst. Don’t order from this outlet. They are doing totally a scam. They taking extra money from the customer. If order is already paid and they don’t know how to talk with customer how to handle a customer I order so many times from Domino’s from other other domino’s outlets, but this outlet is worst outlet. I ever seen and the delivery partners also, very worst. Don’t order from this outlet. The manager is also very worst and rude. Whole staff is worst. This is a genuine Review. Today we ordered Classic stuffed Garlic bread instead of that they gave stale and rotten and foul smelling Dal Makhani stuffed Garlic bread which my five year daughter ate after having one bite itself she told it's tasting bad we thought it's fine and my husband had one piece and then he also felt the same after smelling it was very stingy. and we informed the same in Swiggy and we got refund but still we took the garlic bread to shop to show that to the staffs and manager and customers over there so that atleast they don't order that same things in future and please do check and think twice before you order whether its safe for your family and kids who hardly knows how it's taste this can happen in non veg Pizzas all.. And we ordered just garlic bread sticks and mexican green wave pizza which was also not cooked properly. For festive season they will sell such stale and rotten things because orders will be bulk so please think and order from Domino's. And the staff also mis mannered to us especially Arjun Manager of this branch and one of the staff and he told to give the complaint and he is ready to face the consequences and they are arguing that they gave wrong order because of that...
