Paid here through phonepe, in our phone its showing transaction success, but the store people is like we didn't receive money, you'll get refund in 48hrs, that's all we believed him and came back. no refund even after 5 days, the customer care people is like we don't have a outlet in phoenix mall. (joke of the century to escape from the problem and hang up the call)

Plus the store is understaffed with only 2 persons in total, serving around 20 customers at a time.

You should see their response (with completely or dumb facial expression ) when we asked that the transaction is successful and you are telling that we didn't get the money (They are not ready to answer any further).

Worst service and food quality as well. Pizza base was under cooked. Base bread was wet and 'Kaccha'. Ordered cold drinks, the lady served a bottle which was kept outside. While asked for cold one, she casually mentioned its not available, who buys cold drinks without cold. They could have mentioend before buying. Also they do not accept credit card, asked why they are not taking CC, mentioned network issue, so lame. Checked the machine, full 4G singal was there. Only UPI or cash. One of the best place to buy Pizza. They are maintaining Good Taste and Good Quality. Pocket friendly Menu. Both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian available. Desserts available. Beverages available. Staff are little slow for taking orders from Customers, present they are running only one Billing Counter, they need to maintain at least Two Billing Counters for Better and Faster Services.

Domino's Pizza management is making more money from selling Ketchup separately, this as to be changed. Because if ur buying Puffs from Bakery r any Shop they will give you ketchup no need to pay for that but here we have to pay for that.
