Empire Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Hi Everyone 🙂 I had been to Empire Restaurant yesterday. Was heard a lot about this Restaurant before. Me and my friends first ordered a Shawarma and thought of taking the main course later. First of all the Shawarma was really expensive. But, we wouldn't had mind to spend, if the quality was n quantity of food was good according to the price. I never ever had such a worst Shawarma in my lifetime. Guys you don't believe me, being such a famous Restaurant, they should feel ashamed of themselves, the quantity of Shawarma was like, it's not even half of my fist. It was so small Shawarma roll. I got so angry by seeing that, I felt to throw that on their face. Shameless people. But, it's just that, I didn't wanted to create a scene in public place. If they are charging so much, atleast they have to maintain the quantity accordingly. And, the taste was also really bad. It sucks. Instead, in a normal hotel you will get a better Shawarma roll that too with an affordable price. Your stomach also fills by having 1 Shawarma roll. The Shawarma which they gave wouldn't be enough even for a small kid. You can tryit yourself once guys. You will also hate it. After having that disgusting Shawarma, we didn't feel like having anything from that Restaurant. We were do upset, we walked away. In Orion mall Food Court, this is the worst Restaurant I ever visited. Will never ever visit it again. Waste of money. Instead you have other better options in Food Court. I just wanted to tell the owner that ,when you are charging so much, maintain the quantity n quality accordingly. Stop making money by...

I had a grill chicken today from empire in orion mall food court. It was good. With this experience i went to have a dessert from Empire Juice next there in the food court. I ordered one falooda with ice cream and one fruit salad with ice cream for my wife. I was surprised to see that they were serving the fruit salad with ice cream in a local aluminium foil disposable plate. The only fruit in it was just papaya and the ice cream served was a half scoop. The Falooda was still worst. It was so warm that the ice cream melted in it and still it was warm. Felt very bad, as I always carried pretty good impression of Empire. I feel this juice shop in food court of orion mall will only bring bad name for empire unless you close it down or improve the stuff and the way you serve customers. I recently tried the Tandoori Chicken Thali at Empire, and it definitely hit the spot. The star of the platter – the tandoori chicken – was smoky, well-marinated, and cooked to perfection with that signature char you expect from a good tandoor.

The thali itself was generous, coming with a mix of sides like butter naan, ghee rice, dal, salad, and a mildly spiced gravy that complemented the chicken really well. The naan was soft with a slight crisp on the edges, perfect for scooping up the rich curry.

Portion-wise, it’s filling and totally worth the price. The balance of flavors – from the spice of the chicken to the soothing dal – made the whole meal satisfying.
