Good hangout place. Worthy of 3.5 stars but 4 would be a little out of reach though. Details below:
Taste-wise: Really good. Won't term it as lip-smacking or finger-licking but they don't disappoint. Green House Burger and Honey Chilli Babycorn were better than other dishes. Grilled Sandwich, Basil Lemon Twist and Classic Mojito were at par. 1 star for taste definitely.
Item-wise: Nice menu. Thoughtfully put items. Since, it is a small restaurant, one wouldn't want it to look a little far-fetched.
Ambiance-wise: It is a very small place with limited occupancy. Only 4 5 tables for a maximum four each. The main attraction here is hanging chairs right at the center which enhances the overall beauty. They light it up subtly and decorate the walls using vertical gardens and small artifacts. A feel-good ambiance. Can be termed as a cozy place. 1 star.
Cost-wise: Reasonably priced given the place and food.
Service-wise: Need some polishing here. Not that people are impolite or rude. Just a bit more professionalism to notch it up, as in, we had asked for Grilled Sandwich as mentioned before, but it wasn't served until we reminded them after waiting for some time. Not a major glitch but can be improved.
Overall, apart from Food and Ambiance, had Service been as good, it was worthy of 4 stars but as of now, I'll stick to 3.5 stars. Yes, I do recommend it for...
Read moreNever ever am I going to this place again, nor am I going to recommend this place to anyone. The person taking our order was extremely absent minded and distracted. We placed our order for starters and waited for an incredibly long time. People who came after us and ordered main course (sizzlers) received their order before ours. When we asked him if the order was ready, he asked us if we already placed our order. Such was his attention span when there were just two tables occupied (including ours). We had to call him multiple times to win his attention, but he kept overlooking us. Maybe he was living in a different world.
Even for the bill, we had to followup multiple times. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, he was completely unapologetic and back answered us.
We were so disgusted with his behaviour, that we walked out to a different restaurant after just having starters. Very disappointing experience, and a complete waste of our time and evening!
If I still have to rate: Ambiance: 3.5/5 Food: 3/5 Service: 1/5

Read moreI'm writing this review sitting at the loo. My tummy is upset after today's brunch here. Using it for the 3rd time. My tummy usually reacts like this if the food is unhygienic.
I ordered Broccoli soup, Pasta, Nachos and Thai green curry with rice. The Broccoli soup was full of artificial green color and I hate it. These colors are bad for health and many of these colors are cancer causing. I asked the bearer to make it medium spicy but it was extremely hot. Couldn't enjoy it. Pasta was not bad. It was like a usual Italian pasta with adequate Italian herbs and chilli flakes. The Thai green curry was again cooked with artificial color. The taste was not even close to authentic Thai curry. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The ambiance was nice. That's the only positive about this place. The green plants around the area was quite nice experience.
I would like to suggest the restaurant proprietor that, please stop using the artificial colors. Also, please have a dish in your menu if you are really good at it. Customers won't come coz you have filled your menu with lot of dishes but for the...
