Freshmenu — Restaurant in Bengaluru

My first order on Swiggy was really good. I rated it 5 stars as I was really satisfied. I even thought about ordering again and regularly but just 1 week later, I resolved never to order from here again!

Not only did they forget my main order (Paneer Tikka Bowl), the items they did send on time were poorly prepared and lacking in taste. We had ordered the same Spaghetti and Dijon Salad as the last time but the items were prepared differently with ingredients that were not even supposed to be there (eg. Kidney beans).

As for the item they forgot to send, it took nearly 2 hours for them to prepare it let alone send it for delivery. Whatever items they replaced were even more shoddily prepared, cold and terrible in taste.

Ordering food from Fresh Menu with the expectations that at very least it would be Fresh, was a huge mistak and one that I intend...

Never order from here, I ordered chickenCaesar salad looking for good quantity, since there was offer and was getting at 130rs I ordered from here. wrote cooking request not to add any tomatoes which was not respected at all, the quantity is not described in the menu and I was too hungry I was shocked to see the quantity, the salad came in box in which udupi restaurants provide chutney and there was hell lot of tomatoes. Either mention The quantity so that we know what we are expecting when we are too hungry. I'm uploading a pic, this is what I got when for dinner when I was too hungry, it's hardly 4 spoons of salad after removing tomatoes which I don't prefer in salads. I'm also uploading pic of amount of tomatoes to give a good picture of ratio of salad to tomatoes. Either serve well...

Fresh menu is one of the best food serving chain , they have branches all around the city , I am sure you must have heard about it. Their dessert is all time of favourite. The best thing I liked about fresh menu is the food they provide in the price is totally worth it. Recently I tried Smoke that bowl -First thing I liked is thier packaging , I really appreciate those brand who serve their food in paper containers , it beneficial for both us and environment. The quantity was enough for one but the taste was just average.
