Worst experience of ordering a Birthday cake. Ordered the below cake 2 days before birthday date after choosing from their design book. At the time of pickup it was a shocker, the cake was not at all similar. The shape, height, Mickey was also not there. Told them that it doesn't look like the ordered one. Initially they tried to cover it by saying it is similar to the design book one. Later they agreed to recreate it and asked to come back later. So when I came back, the cake looked little better however still not comparable. But the major problem was they used the existing cake material to do a botched job. It was ok, till the packing time. However midway in transit, the cake slid and broke into half. Worst experience for a birthday party. Embarrassing. Would not recommend at all. Please order from other bakers.
