It is on the main road but can be easily missed due to a huge tree in front of it. Ample parking space and is easily accessible by one and all. I had the opportunity to have the food at the premises and also take away. And it never disappoints in any way. The food I have tasted here are 1 The famous Avalakki bath available on Sunday 2 Their signature Idly and chutney 3 Bread pulao available on Thursday 4 Khara pongal available on Saturday 5 Benne masala dose. 6 And kaapi.
The Avalakki bath with crispy groundnut and crunchy capsicum was a delight. Dunked in spicy chutney, it is highly recommended. Idly and chutney are on an another world. Unlike elsewhere, the idly was smooth batter and the spicy chutney is from a different world. The bread pulao was just right on spices and with the crispy bread pieces in between adds to the taste. The pongal is also rightly balanced, but with the spicy chutney, it is in a different league. The coconut pieces that comes in every bite mellows down the spice content to a certain extent, but you definitely yearn for more chutney. Benne masala dose was a bit crispy, a bit soft with the right amount of oil. Not too over the top. The palya was flavourful. The kaapi in its strong proportion is the best option to wash down the food. Highly recommended place for the breakfast when you are on the south side. The katte for sitting adds to the allure of this place.
Update: 30/08/24 Took a parcel of the Bisi bele bath today. The taste was a bit different from what the normal hotels dole out. The bath was a bit runny with explosion of spices in every bite. I loved the veggies in the bath which was in plenty.
Update: 08/09/24 Took a breakfast parcel today and today was the first i tasted the sambhar here. Again like Business bele bath, it was different with loads of onions and tomatoes. The taste was on the spices and was neutral unlike elsewhere in Bengaluru where it tastes sweet. However I was disappointed with the Khara bath which was bland. I would like it a bit spicy alone without the chutney. However it too was loaded with crunchy capsicum and tomatoes which lent it a...

A friend told that they serve idli and vada in the mornings with amazing chutney ( happens to be their traditional recipe). We will soon be visiting them in the morning to enjoy their breakfast menu.
