Asampurna thali , don't go here, manager Satish doesn't even know how to accept feedback, rice is like nails on 15th aug 2023 independence day, we have spent 1073/- for 4 people and food is HORRIBLE, DONT visit this place
We had been to New Delhi's Haldiram many years ago and with that impression we went to this Halditams at Forum Mall, it's not just thali , whole food quality is sub par,
In Sampoorna Thali - Dal, Panner curry and vegetables curry were all very small quantity and very low quality, it's diluted with water - absolutely zero taste , Rice is super hard and unable to even chew, no raita at all We ordered Peas Pulav and no raita or pickle and I had to beg for something to eat with, staff have packaged pickle Peri peri fries 🍟 and it's really bad Pav Bhaji and Vegetable cheese sandwich and it's ok quality
Over all profit motive is visible than serving quality food
If a brand can't operate profitable in a mall due to high rental, product offering should be chosen carefully and quality should never be compromised
Staff and manager needs training to accept customer feedback and address immediately before customer leaves the premises
If feedback is not accepted and handled gracefully by staff , any brand will die sudden death and irreparable loss to halditams...

I tried their Raj Kachori and Chole Bhature, and both hit the right spots. The flavors were rich, spicy, and comforting, just like how desi snacks are meant to be. Their sweets section? Absolutely tempting. I couldn’t resist grabbing a Rasmalai, and it was totally worth it.
I especially loved the service here provided by the ppl, especially rashmitha, who was very friendly and was very patience with me when i was confused on what to order.
