I recently dined at your restaurant and wanted to share my feedback. While the pulka and veg curry were just ok, Jeera rice was unfortunately undercooked and not up to standard. After pointing this out, we requested a replacement, but were told it would take time. Instead, we opted for plain white rice and sambar which was served along with white rice was very pathetic Quality of food is very worst, which may lead to food poisoning for customers which was still charged to us, despite the issue with the jeera rice. Kindly meet standards of quality in food

Additionally, the sambar served was unlike anything I’ve had before, with a very unusual and unappetizing taste. This was disappointing, as I had high expectations for the quality of food.

I had the worst dining experience at this restaurant. The food was terrible—absolutely the worst I’ve ever had—and there was no sense of cleanliness or hygiene whatsoever. If I had the option to give a zero-star rating, I would have done so without hesitation.

The server displayed appalling behavior; he was cleaning tables and simultaneously delivering food to other tables without washing his hands. Even worse, he was checking the temperature of the food by touching it with his dirty hands.

It’s a complete waste of money, and the food was beyond disappointing. This was by far the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I’m shocked that the food safety department allows such places to operate.

In this hotel food is good so I have been many times to this hotel all the time waiter asked tip directly and took it from me here all waiter will ask tips to customer and take. When we give card to pay in the billing counter waiter will ask add tips who sits in the billing counter they also knew but no action had taken I don't know why. If the waiters do like this most of the customers won't come again. If customers are happy they will tip. Owner should take...
