Let me tell you how smart loots they are, we planned a team get together after a long time and we ended up here being looted forefront of our eyes,
We opted Zomato dine in and were supposed to have billed lesser 40% but resturant team said not to go for that instead they will give us counter discounts par to the same value but later they flipped their stand they can only give 20% siting the offer valid till 6pm which is no where in the deal as we have been informed through Zomato the deal is till 7:30 so we closed our bill by 7 and approached them to only get fooled by the team who is neither convincing nor hearing to our plea, so we decided to pay the amount not create any unwelcome gesture for the fellow customers.
On the other hand I left my niose neckband on the chair where I sat and stepped out to help our frds board cabs and i turned back to see the empty chair.
I made an appeal to the one from the service team that I forgot to collect his name (he was very helpful) told him I left my neckband on my chair and I didn't find it, he assured me with the best support walking up to each service guy to check and all said they didn't see any.
Then I have a supervisor with white shirt, he said he didn't find any so I said I will be filing an FIR as that one was my last gift which I received from my distance frd who is no more and I want to know what happened and who took that,
The service guy who was helping me all over said that I will check CCTV footage and I found that supervisor in white shirt who said he doesn't know anything had a smart move in the footage clip who approached the chair where I sat and collects my neckband and politely leaves, I recorded the clip for my reference and again I approached the white shirt guy as last try and he reacted he didn't know then I informed supplier guy that I have a footage shown this supervisor collecting something from my chair but he denies so ai will go file an FIR with this clip later he got tensed and went inside and got my neck band back and kept on the table to check if that was the one which I was looking for.
What a team!! Isn't it and people come here at most trust of service and safe place and they had been fooled one or the other way.
Jimis should rebrand their name as their team sells their brand value at low fleet...
Read moreBeen going there since 10+ years.. Great service, good food, good music. Only drawback is no happy hours or offers on beer. Earlier, used to have offers on beer too
Unfortunately, revising earlier rating of 4 stars (1 year back) to 2 stars due to declining service levels. Visited recently, waiters seemed to be in a hurry to keep refilling glasses or insisting on new orders. 3 of us visited and ordered 2 pitchers of beer back to back, by the time 2nd pitcher was getting over waiter started pestering for next pitcher. Ordered 3 plates of starters which was more than sufficient. Even then we had different waiters coming to table to take new orders the moment we finished 3 plates. The constant nagging was annoying. To the extent, before my friend could finish his last mug of beer, waiter took it off asking if we are done. Apparently he wanted to seat some new guests in the outdoor section even though half of floor was empty. Pinnacle of annoying was when the waiter asked us to move to adjacent table so that he can join 2 tables even though there was ample space inside.
Sad to see such an iconic place being...
Read moreSo, this was our first visit here, we already booked table for 2 from swiggy dine out. And there was a vacant table outside, which we asked for, but the waiter refused us to sit over there, and told the table is reserved. We were curious as we also booked a table, and how it's reserved, so he told that it's their old customers seat and we should choose some other seat. We were then given a bad seat where there was no view and it was too hot, but the fan pointed towards us also was removed. We called the manager 3 times and then also, he came like 10 mins late, neither the waiters are attentive. Finally when the manager came , he explained that those seats belong to their 15 year old customers and they have lot of memories. So they have no care on earth about their new customers. We still settled in, and ordered food and beer. And the food, terrible, potato wedges were okay okay as we were v hungry but the chilli chicken and grilled fish was awful. The beers were highly priced. The waiters were initially...
