Clean and hygienic typical Pizza Hut ambience. Comfy seats with ample amount of dining tables. You get ketchup, Oregano, Chilli flakes, drinking water, cutleries on every table for add-ons.

Lighting is nice, although some part of kitchen area was not visible they were kept clean and hygienic. All staff were wearing head covers and gloves, but wearing masks would be a big step ahead.

Food was fresh, hot, was with generous amount of toppings but lacked flavours and felt quite bland. Garlic bread with Cheese/Mayonnaise dip is recommended here.

Staff were friendly, well behaved, interacted with a smile and were not in rush which was a great thing.

Last thing, the place has washroom and wash basin along with a working dryer as this place is relocated from Katriguppe and recently opened in this location. It's not even 6 months old i guess.

Overall, it's well maintained place along with some parking space offered at the front and basement. We the costumers should maintain the place when visited to keep it clean and hygienic, I would say it's must recommended place to go for pizza party if there is any discount/coupon...

Honestly love the pizza and pasta and is very delicious but the service is so worst Particularly there is some lady she has been in this outlet for a long time and she literally acts as if i did something personally to her and she makes those faces if we ask for refills even tho if it’s unlimited pizza and pepsi , they barely have change for cash orders and somehow they take ₹20 or ₹30 everytime I go with cash , i had paid like ₹30 for jalapeños dip because they did not have any change and all the pizza and side dishes came and when i went and asked for the jalapeno dip , she made that annoyed and disgusted face when her manager or some guy told her to give the dip just because the guy told her idk what happened but she just gave us mayo dip bro like i paid extra just because u people didn’t have any more change left just to be clear 20₹ is mayo dip and 30₹ is jalapeno dip Really need to improve the customer service Pizza Hut u gotta do smtg This is not just one time It has happened like more...

Recently I ordered via Zomato. They sent WRONG kind pizza and are too arrogant to admit they are wrong. I ordered mexican Fiesta and they gave Veg supreme I think. I don't even know that that is they gave. I mean, does it matter? It doesn't for them. Box fully spoiled with rain water. It was delivered openly without any casing by the delivery agent. Partly opened box. Undercooked/under-baked, raw dough. ~ 1000 INR went into trash. Congratulations to Pizza Hut, you have excellent way of increasing compost and land fill in the country.
