Kholi Mane Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Went and sat in the restaurant. No one to take the order for roughly 30 mins ( 1:45 pm to 2:13pm ) After repeated calling, a waiter comes and asks whats the order arrogantly like I am there for charity. I got the food. Which was tasteless ( i ordered chicken red chilly ) ideally had to be spicy. Value for money at this place gradually reducing. When the waiter checked with the chef about the taste. The chef’s exact reply “ This is how the taste of it is, this is usually ordered by kids” Post that i was denied of food service. Management has to look at these problem statements seriously.

Follow up: Ordered an egg burji to be on the safer end. Turns out it is roasted/burnt.

Edit : Date 17th July 2022 Went here after more than 2 months just to see if anything has changed or the service has improved. But unfortunately everything remains the same.

Mr. Bhuvan the cashier is the same old arrogant person who wants to have a fight for everything with a customer. When the waiter as well as the kitchen staff have agreed on their fault.

Mr Bhuvan is the most unprofessional or the least customer centric person in the hospitality industry that i have seen till date( that includes any other local bar and restaurant)

Anything that you ask in this place from the menu that you would want is either unavailable or they wouldnt have the ingredients to prepare the same even during a peak time.

No point in keeping the restaurant open is my honest opinion unless all...

A great place for dinner especially with your family. There's another attachment which has the bar and resto. The food is really good, but a bit upscale. The environment is clean. Staff attends well. There's valet parking available. Easy to recognize from the road since it's right on the pavement. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves spicy food. And I do mean SPICY! Cz they make it really...

First time the taste was good But now recently visited with friends the taste is not like before. Waiters might take the advantage of the bill.
