We had a very disappointing and concerning experience today. Three of us visited Mani’s Dum Biryani in Bellandur and ordered 3–4 veg biryanis. Shockingly, we found a cooked housefly in one of the biryanis.

We immediately informed the staff, but they responded very casually and said, “We’ll replace it,” without offering a proper apology or showing any seriousness about the hygiene issue. One of the staff even claimed that the fly "must have fallen in by mistake", which clearly shows a lack of cleanliness and accountability.

To make up for it, they offered us one gulab jamun each, which we refused. That is not an acceptable response to such a serious food safety issue.

I also captured a video of the incident as evidence. Unfortunately, Google reviews do not allow video uploads, but I have it saved in case it’s needed for further action.

Overall, this was a very unhygienic and disappointing experience. I strongly urge the management to take proper food safety measures. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this...
