McDonald's — Restaurant in Bengaluru

2025 EDIT: Only opens at 9 AM, used to open at 7 AM. Disappointing!

EDIT: 1 year later and this location still exceeds expectations. Employees are super friendly, helpful, and make an effort to go above and beyond for customers. Staff here are more customer-centric than 90% of the restaurants I've been to in the city. This QSR is a case study on professionalism. Only downside is that parking is limited. Also, I noticed they have fixed my big complaint which was the obnoxious music. The last few times I have been here, there hasn't been any music.

Whoa, this is McDonald's?! Exceptional experience all around: super clean, nice new decor and furniture, spacious, great self-serve touchscreen stations, predictably delicious food, and well-trained staff. Manashi in particular went above and beyond to make our visit special, asking us if our food was satisfactory, if we needed anything else, and giving us hand-written notes with our drinks. Have never experienced that last one at any restaurant in Bengaluru, let alone a McDonald's, and it really stood out as an exceptional level of hospitality.

Only thing I would change is the obnoxious music playing in the restaurant. McDonald's India really needs to upgrade its playlists. Go visit Taco Bell...

In the entire World , this McDonald wanted to charge extra for mayonnais .. also the staffs were not able to explain about the menu . Also they forgot the tea which i ordered..i have reminded them 3 Times but the staff Never cartes to serve.. since i had an appointment in a hospital, i was getting late because of it...for your information, there were just ,8 clients and there were 8 staffs.. Hence it IS not like they were super busy.. there was least commercial interest from the staff. I was with my friend from France and normally India IS known for the hospitality and good services .. i was ashamed about mc café services ...

Worst expérience in a McDonald in the planet because i Travel a lot.. now i Do not have any motivation to visit McDonalds.. Hope McDonald india will take...

We usually don't visit fast food joints. But my son insisted to visit as it's a new place opened. The place looks good but had few flies even at night. The fries was not at all crispy. Burgers were fine. My son ordered something hot chocolate..am not sure. After his 3rd sip. There was a fly in his mouth from whatever he was drinking. While writing this My body is cringing. It was horrible. After we brought it up with the staff n manager. The apologized took pics of the fly. Asked if we wanted it to be replaced. Who in their sane mind would want to drink another or eat anything there. I was feeling pukish n my son too. We left the place immediately. I dunno y you have such managers who are so dead to...
