I ordered McDelivery from this outlet, I ordered at 10pm in the night , the first time I got my order delivered at 10:30 pm it was the wrong order and the delivery partner (Hemanth) took it back after I told him it’s the wrong order and then proceeded to take another 25 mins to get my order back even though I live 2 kms on a rather traffic less road from the outlet. And of course McDonald’s at this location living up its usual standards of not being able to even serve fresh fries in store rather than on delivery gives me cold and burnt fries and other items that came so cold that they were inedible and they miss another item from my order. After lodging a complaint on the McDelivery app about the food being cold and bad and the delayed delivery. I get a call from this number who on Truecaller identifies as Hemanth, he has the audacity to tell me that why have you registered a complaint. Do you know the issues I will face, I told him I have paid hard earned money for the food and the customer has all the rights to complain if the food they have ordered is not upto standards. I had a piri-piri shake bag missing the second time he came and he tells me that I won’t bring you the shake bag now because I have lodged a complaint. That’s the reasoning he’s given me. What staff they must be employing, I get it that everyone makes mistakes, that’s why the first time even after getting the wrong order and waiting for a total of 55 mins I didn’t do anything nor raise a complaint, I understood that everyone has a bad day but how can someone mess up the same order thrice and send cold food as well. They claim to have cooked fresh food and sent it, everything tasted cold apart from the veg pizza mcpuff and the delivery driver calling me and questioning why I have raised a complaint. Even though I did not mention anything about the delivery guy apart from my order being delayed 2 times. The restaurant's lively atmosphere and friendly staff made it the perfect place to gather with friends and family. The food was, as always, delicious. Got a takeaway meal of McEgg burger, coke and fried chicken. Trust me when I say this, one of the worst experiences ever. Starting with the Fried Chicken, unevenly breaded and so over cooked that it was half burnt and bitter. I had specifically asked for Breast piece chicken, but they had given me leg piece. The fried chicken was near decomposition, the bone and inside the meat was brown black and tasted disgusting! Along with the bitter burnt chicken, this was the worst thing I have eaten. McDonald's will have to pay my medical bills if I get sick. The coke was 80% filledm The burger had an overcooked rubbery egg and tasted very weird. Horrible food, and waste of all my money.
