Horrendous Experience at McDonald's – RTN Branch

I have provided all details in the below description. Please speak to the staff, check your cameras and you'll know. I won't be writing anything more through a separate email.
I gave elaborate details iny first review and yet was asked for elaborate review.. pics were also shared.
I am a regular customer at your RTN branch, both for dine-in and Zomato orders. However, my visit today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s—marked by technical failures, poor service, hygiene issues, and shockingly unprofessional behavior from staff.
Upon arrival, of the three self-ordering kiosks, only one was functional. With a queue forming, we opted to place our order at the counter—this is where the ordeal began.
I specifically requested two Minecraft meals, each with 9 nuggets, 1 McChicken burger, a drink, and no fries—clearly stating the same combination for both meals. I even clarified that we wanted two meals to get two Minecraft cards. The order taker seemed unsure of the system, required assistance, and I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes just to place a simple order.
When we went to be seated, the table we chose was visibly dirty. I requested a staff member walking by to have it cleaned. She ignored me completely, gave me a blank stare, and walked off—only to join other staff in loud, casual conversation at the counter. After waiting a few minutes and seeing no action, I had to interrupt their chit-chat and insist someone clean the table. Only then did someone respond.
Even worse, while we waited, the same staff member who ignored my request kept staring at us in an uncomfortable, hostile manner. I asked her and then the manager, Farhana, why this was happening. Farhana intervened and told her to stop—but not before the damage was done. This behavior was disturbing and completely unacceptable.
Then came the order—completely wrong. Despite stating it multiple times, we were given fries, and the burgers were missing. When I pointed it out, the same staff member who took the order interrupted me rudely and began screaming. I asked her not to shout, but she continued. I had no choice but to re-purchase the burgers—paying extra for what I originally ordered. This level of miscommunication and poor listening is appalling.
As if that wasn’t enough, a man in an olive-green tee and blue cap—who appeared to be associated with the staff—started staring at us repeatedly, even sitting next to our table at one point. He smelled awful and made the experience even more intolerable. I later saw him speaking to staff and the manager, suggesting he may have been an employee himself.
To summarize:
Broken self-service machines
Incompetent ordering process
Dirty tables left unattended
Rude, dismissive staff
Invasive and inappropriate behavior
Incorrect orders and lack of accountability
Extremely poor hygiene from someone appearing to be staff
The only silver lining was Manager Farhana, who remained calm and acknowledged the issues. However, it is blatantly obvious that this team lacks training in basic customer service, hygiene, communication, and professionalism.

Dear esteemed members of McDonald's Senior management,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment and utter dismay regarding the deplorable experience I recently encountered at your establishment. On 14th April 2024 at around 8:30 pm order no 209, I visited your McDonald's outlet located at RT nagar for dinner, and unfortunately, I was subjected to a series of humiliating incidents that left me feeling utterly disrespected as a customer.
Firstly, despite initially ordering my meal through the kiosk machine with the assistance of a waiter, I found myself in need of additional food items during the course of my meal. When I approached the same waiter for assistance, I was astounded to be met with indifference and outright negligence. Instead of providing the level of service one would expect from a reputable establishment, I was callously instructed to proceed to the counter to place my additional order.
However, the situation deteriorated further when I complied with this request, only to find that the staff at the counter were blatantly ignoring customers and displaying a shocking lack of interest in providing even the most basic level of service. This complete disregard for customer satisfaction is simply inexcusable and reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of your staff.
As if this was not insulting enough, while I was in the midst of placing my order through the kiosk machine, a cleaner attempted to clear away my half-finished meal without so much as a word of acknowledgment. This blatant disregard for my presence and the assumption that my meal was complete is not only disrespectful but also demonstrates a complete lack of regard for the customer experience.
Furthermore, the fact that I was forced to interrupt my meal not once, but twice, in order to place an additional order speaks volumes about the inadequacies of your current service model. It is utterly ridiculous and utterly unacceptable that customers are expected to go to such lengths simply to order additional food, especially when they are in the midst of enjoying their meal.
In light of these egregious incidents, I am left with no choice but to lodge a formal complaint with the senior management of your organization. It is abundantly clear that there are serious flaws in your current policies and procedures, and I strongly urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues before they further tarnish the reputation of your brand.
As a loyal customer, I had hoped for a pleasant dining experience at McDonald's, but instead, I was subjected to a series of humiliating and insulting incidents that have left me deeply disillusioned. Unless swift and decisive action is taken to address these concerns, I regret to say that I will have no choice but to take my patronage elsewhere.

Read moreSince the day it opened up this new store, I've been regular here and during my 2 years of visits the service & quality of food has remained constant.
The ambience is relatable to the modern McD interiors with various seating options. This outlet has got a huge space on the ground floor itself. Cafe and service desk is located at the end of the restaurant. The staff at the entrance generally encourage you to use the kiosk for ordering, but if you like being old school you can visit the service desk and place an order in a jiffy.
This particular outlet offers table service by assigning you a table number. They deliver the food on time and the service is really nice. They do ask for your feedback and promptly act on your requests & suggestions. People here are very well trained & courteous.
The quality of food and drinks are quite consistent over the years. I have never got disappointment in this particular outlet when it comes to the taste, quality & quantity of food. May it be drinks, coffee or burgers, everything tastes as it should be. This lone factor has made me confident enough to bring my clients for the meeting to this place.
The hygiene of the restaurant is satisfactory considering it is located in dust filled RT Nagar Main Road. They do accept all kinds of digital payments.
