I ordered Supreme Boneless Chicken Biryani Paneer Chilly Andhra Chicken Kabab Sweet & Salt Lime Soda
• Supreme Boneless Chicken Biryani - A speciality of the House prepared using selected succelent boneless rice blended with special masala. Soft succulent chicken tossed in Hyderabadi Dum Biryani served with a surprise. It was less spicy than expected. It was tasty.
• Paneer Chilly - All time favourite item under Paneer. Tossed with spices & Capsicums. It was hot served.
• Andhra Chicken Kabab - Chicken chunks deep fried in Traditional Andhra way. It was Hot & Cripsy served. Chicken was well marinated & blended with secret masalas.
Overall Nandhana has followed a very good Authentic Andhra Dishes into their menu. They have to look at some the dishes and improve much in future. Good option for Andhra Meals and Biryani.

Nandhana Palace has around 16 outlets in the city, they are famous for their range of Andhra delicacies. I went to the JP Nagar Nandhana Palace, they have valet facility so the trouble of parking your vehicle is taken care of with ease. Located on the first floor of the building, I must say they are very clean and tidy, the staff is very welcoming, and they guided us to our table very quickly. Water was provided promptly along with their menu cards. We were in a fix whether to have the Ala Carte or go with their meal options. Nandhana Palace is one place that offers both the Veg and the Non-Veg meals. You start off with a bowl of Chicken Biryani, a cup of raitha, and curry. The Chicken Biryani was cooked well and tasted good, the hyderabadi chicken was marinated and cooked in the Telangana style. Along with the rice you are given a few pieces of Chicken Kabab. The Chicken Kabab was fried well, and the texture was not all that hard to chew on. Chilli Chicken is the other starter given in the thali; the spicy semi gravy just makes your taste buds go crazy. You would love this version of the famous Andhra Chilli Chicken as it is not the usual green chilli version that you would find in many of the Andhra restaurants. Initially you would be provided with Mutton Chops along with the Non-Veg meals. But due to some reason the restaurant did not have mutton available at that moment so instead they replaced it with a Chicken Curry. I was not a big fan of this curry as it had too much of salt and it just did not go well with the Biryani. These are the main aspects of the Non-Veg meal. Now if you thought that was the end of it well, I must say it is not. You will be provided with unlimited amounts of white rice which you could have with Sambar, Rasam, or curd. The choice is yours; I chose Rasam both the times and coming to a place like Nandhana, you would never be disappointed with their rasam. I did not get a chance to try out their Ala Carte menu considering they have wide range of options to choose from. If you are hungry and you want something to fill you up for good, then I would suggest you go for the Non-Veg meals. You can find Nandahana Palace at 1101, 1st Floor, 24th Main, Near ICICI Bank, JP...
Read moreOur extended family visited here on a Saturday evening. We got seating to accomodate us all. The place is quite huge and there were less people present. The ambience is good with well maintained facilities including the restrooms, which are hygienic and clean. Coming to food, we ordered the following: Drumstick Soup, Chicken Pepper Soup and Mutton Soup. All were on the spicier side and all were Indian style soup. For starters, we ordered the following: Andhra style chicken platter which typically consists of Andhra style chilly chicken, amaravathy chicken fry, guntur chicken fry and Andhra Chicken kebab. However, we requested for a customised one with Andhra style chilly chicken replaced with added portion on the other three items. The platter is good for 4-5 people getting one piece of each item. We also ordered Kandhari Murgh Tikka, which was very good in taste with tender chicken marinated well on spices. We wanted to try Zaffrani chandi ke kebab but was unavailable. We also ordered Chicken Kshatriya which is very good blend of masala with chicken leg pieces. A must try items. For main course, we ordered Nellore chicken biriyani and supreme boneless chicken biriyani, which is also served with salam and raitha. Each portion is sufficient for 3 people. For beverages, we ordered Raw Mango Mojito, Guntur Cola (masala coke), mint Mojito and sweet lime soda. For desserts, we ordered pumpkin roll and rasmalai jar. All the items are served on plantain leaf which makes it traditional and also adds a different flavour to the food. Service was good with items served without much delay and staff were all polite. We were well attended by the staff (missed to ask name) and the whole experience was very pleasant. Must Try: Chicken Kshatriya, Kandhari Murgh Tikka and pumpkin roll. Payment via Zomato Pro made our bill go...
