Nandini Swadista Loka — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Spent 10 yrs going in and out of this place. I’ve seen management changes. So when I write this it’s a long term review 🤣 Facilities : the seating has more or less remained the same, never really understood when they serve upstairs. With the old management more or less every evening with the new i don’t remember ever going up. Rest rooms : need frequent cleaning for the volume of crowd but they never care ! Service : ranges from efficient to nonchalant depending on the waiters mood. Food : the rice items have huge portions so better be hungry before you order Pongal and such. Dosa is good, the vada I call ( machine vada) I suspect there is one to make it 🤣it’s too perfectly round ,anyway as long as it’s crisp who cares. They used to serve coffee indoors but post covid stopped that. The coffee tea is OK Plenty of sweets on sale I’ve never eaten or purchased in so many years. Rude and horrible staff working. Sweets are stale when asked if fresh ones are there they get irritated.

Ask the billing lady to tell me if the fresh sweet is there. The man there spoke very rudely due to which i was offended.

I had a simple question if they have fresh ones as I had horrible experience not just once but multiple times. You have stale food. Just package dates does not matter. Expiry date also means it's the last date for using the product but then the food can get spoilt earlier as well. If your running a food place be ready to face issues of stale food. Once your staff had also seen there were ants in your sweet. This is not at all acceptable. Shouting and using words is secondary. Run the place with hygiene and food that...

First and foremost.. their primary selling point seems to be Nandi milk and almost at it's associated products. Best news ever in this area!!

Ambience: excellent, with good sunlight. Cleanliness: very good Staff: humble & attentive

Suggestions: Please have a menu at minimum. Still not sure of the full list of dishes available. Need some paper tissues and at least one dustbin/hand dryer in the washroom. Some plate mats would by nice, on the tables (Urgently) Please try starting milk packet's delivery or perhaps coupon system for our monthly nandini milk consumption, in the nearby area.
